Email your résumé and availability

What to include in your introduction

Send your full name, current city, phone, email, languages, work authorization, travel availability, technical roles, years of experience, certifications and current résumé. Include links to a portfolio, LinkedIn profile, IMDb or production credits when relevant. Please identify the equipment, software and show environments you can operate independently.

Freelance, contract and on-demand opportunities

Project staffing varies by event. Opportunities may be freelance, contract, hourly, on-demand, seasonal, temporary, part-time or travel-based. Sending information does not guarantee a shift or employment offer. Rates, classification, insurance, schedule and responsibilities are confirmed before any engagement.

Safety and certifications

Rigging, lift, forklift, electrical and other safety-sensitive roles require appropriate experience and current credentials. Never claim a certification you do not hold. GLMedia may request documentation, references or a practical evaluation before assigning a technician to a project.

Languages and South Florida service

English and Spanish are both valuable in South Florida; Portuguese and other languages are welcome. We also want to know your home city, vehicle availability and willingness to travel because event schedules and crews span Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and other markets.

Introduce yourself before the next call

Email your résumé, roles, certifications, city and availability. Do not send sensitive identity documents in the first message.
