TURNKEY TECHNICAL PRODUCTION
Full-service event production led by visual expertise
GLMedia can take responsibility for a focused LED package or coordinate the complete technical production: video, audio, lighting, staging, communications, power, crew and show operations.

One accountable technical plan
GLMedia is exceptionally strong in LED, image processing and video systems. We combine that core with owned and coordinated audio, lighting, staging, projection, cameras, intercom, presenter tools and production management so end clients can request a complete solution.
What does full-service production include?
The scope can include LED walls and floors, projection, media servers, Resolume playback, cameras, PTZ, switching, recording, streaming, audio, lighting, staging, pipe and drape, rigging coordination, power distribution, confidence monitors, timers, tablets, intercom, technical direction, production management, show calling and crew. The exact package is based on venue rules, audience, content and run of show.
Owned equipment versus coordinated capacity
GLMedia owns a substantial LED fleet, video systems, staging and additional production equipment. When a project requires specialized or larger-scale audio, lighting, backline, scenic or rigging capacity, we coordinate established suppliers rather than pretending every item is owned. This lets the client receive a complete scope while maintaining accurate inventory claims and clear accountability.
How agencies and end clients are served differently
Agencies and production companies may need a trade-rental LED package, technical crew or a specialist video department that works under their production leadership. End clients and event organizers may want GLMedia to coordinate the whole technical scope. The website and inquiry form route these needs separately so the proposal matches the commercial relationship.
Can GLMedia support hotels and convention centers?
Yes, subject to each venue’s authorization and current rules. GLMedia coordinates with in-house audiovisual, rigging, power, internet, security and labor providers when required. Venue pages identify documented experience separately from future service capability and never imply an affiliation that does not exist.
What changes the final price?
Final pricing depends on date, venue, access, labor, schedule, screen geometry, equipment allocation, transportation, content workflow, power, rigging, rehearsal and operation. Calculator figures are planning references, not reservations or final quotes. A written proposal follows technical review.
