For AWS Summit Washington, D.C., May 23–25, 2022, GLMedia supplied and installed the main-stage LED display system at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Our work on this project supported a three-day conference program with more than 300 sessions.

Installation and preparation.
GLMedia’s confirmed responsibility was the main-stage LED display system: supply and installation for the conference environment. The video documents delivery, physical setup, screen installation, technical preparation and the completed stage before the program.
GLMedia’s work on this project was limited to the LED video system. It did not include conference organization, creative direction, lighting, audio or overall event production.
