For InsightsEDU 2026 at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, GLMedia installed a straight 49.2 × 16.4 ft (15 × 5 m) LED wall using original Unilumin ground support. The 807 sq ft (75 m²) display formed the visual backdrop for the conference presentations. GLMedia also installed pipe & drape in the pool area.

The panoramic screen sat behind the speakers to display their presentation content. The photographs show it in use during InsightsEDU, with the audience seated in the ballroom.
We installed the wall on the ballroom floor using the original Unilumin ground-support system. The structure supported the 15 × 5 m LED display behind the speakers.
GLMedia also installed pipe & drape in the pool area. The gallery on this page shows the conference inside the ballroom and the control area.

Preparing conference content and the LED wall installation
A panoramic format can combine presentations, images, and backdrops on one continuous display. When preparing a wall for your conference, we review speaker positions, audience viewing distance, and the space needed for text and graphics. We can help plan each content layout and organize tests with your slides and videos.
To plan the support structure, we review screen size, room height, available depth, floor load capacity, and access and circulation space. We coordinate schedules, load-in routes, and venue requirements with your production team and the hotel to plan the structure, installation, and testing.

How was the 15 × 5 m LED wall supported?
The display rested on the floor using the original Unilumin support system. For a new installation, we plan the support around the screen, room height, floor loads, rear clearance, and hotel requirements.
How large was the LED surface?
The screen measured 15 m wide by 5 m high: 75 m², approximately 807 sq ft. Its physical aspect ratio was 3:1. Pixel resolution is determined by the panel model and configuration; that is the resolution we use to prepare video files.
Can we request a similar installation for a hotel conference?
Yes. Tell us how you picture the presentations, what you want to show, and how many attendees you expect. Include the hotel, room, or date if you have chosen them. We can help you define the screen size and technical setup, from equipment rental to the installation and operation you need.

You can start with the type of conference, a sample presentation, or a photo of the room. Tell us what you want the audience to see, and we can help you choose the screen format and size. Share any details you already have, such as the date, hotel, expected attendance, or program.
You can rent the equipment or add preparation, delivery, installation, connection, testing, operation during rehearsals and the event, and removal. We coordinate presentations, signals, and testing time with your team, and access and installation with the hotel. If the design also calls for pipe & drape, we can include it alongside the screen in the proposal.
