Rent Georgia Expo fabrics, bases, adjustable uprights and drape supports from GLMedia’s own inventory in Miramar. Georgia Expo manufactures the equipment; GLMedia handles the rental.
For your event date, we check availability, fabric condition, hardware and flame documentation. For taller or freestanding layouts, we select the bases and stabilization to suit the design and consider another solution when needed.

Standard local delivery and pickup add $200 with normal access and scheduling. We adjust transportation for longer distances, restricted access, parking, tolls, waiting time or special schedules. Setup, strike, crew, show operation, tax, venue charges, permits, engineering, special ballast and outdoor/weather protection are priced separately from equipment when applicable. For rentals longer than three days, we prepare a written quote.

What information is needed to quote pipe & drape?
Start with what you want to divide or conceal and any planned date and venue. Share length, height, layout, fabric or color preferences if you have them. A photo or floor plan helps identify corners, entrances and freestanding sections; we can work out dimensions with you.
Can I request equipment only?
Yes. Rent fabric and hardware for your crew or add delivery, setup and removal. We review the layout and venue conditions with you to prepare the system and services you need.
What are the 16 ft commando and 18 ft velour rental prices?
The 16 ft high black commando system is $16 per linear foot and the 18 ft high black velour system is $18 per linear foot. Each equipment price covers 1–3 consecutive rental days and has a 20-linear-foot minimum.
What is included in the $200 AV tech surround?
It is a three-sided U-shaped equipment package for 1–3 consecutive rental days, totaling 20 linear ft at 5–7 ft high: black drape panels, 4 base plates, 4 adjustable uprights and 3 adjustable crossbars or horizontal drape supports. A straight 20-ft line uses a different hardware count.
How much is local transportation?
Standard local delivery and pickup add $200 under normal access and scheduling. Longer distances, restricted access, parking, tolls, waiting time or special schedules require review and may change the transportation price.
Does GLMedia own its Georgia Expo equipment?
Yes. We rent the Georgia Expo pipe and drape equipment from our own Miramar inventory. GLMedia prepares the request and arranges pickup, delivery or setup; Georgia Expo is the manufacturer.
Are flame certificates available?
We review the available documentation for the selected fabric and can provide the applicable documents. We coordinate venue acceptance and any additional fire-marshal requirements for the event.
Can pipe & drape be used outdoors?
For outdoor use, we assess wind, weather, ballast, surface conditions and public access before selecting the system. An indoor layout needs that specific review to determine whether it can be adapted for outdoor use or another solution is more suitable.
Does the quote cart reserve equipment or show a final price?
The cart prepares your inquiry. The written quote confirms availability, crew, delivery, setup, taxes, permits and special conditions; you can then proceed with the booking.
