Georgia Expo is the manufacturer of this GLMedia-owned equipment; it is not the rental supplier for these listed systems.
Availability, hardware count, fabric condition, flame documentation and final layout must be reconfirmed for the event date. Taller or freestanding layouts may require larger bases, added stabilization or a different solution.

What information is needed to quote pipe & drape?
Send the date, venue, application, total length, requested height, layout and preferred fabric or color. Photos or a floor plan help us identify corners, entrances and freestanding sections.
Can I request equipment only?
Yes. GLMedia can review equipment-only requests, delivery and setup, or a coordinated technical scope. The available model depends on the client, venue and configuration.
What are the 16 ft commando and 18 ft velour rental prices?
The 16 ft high black commando system is $16 per linear foot and the 18 ft high black velour system is $18 per linear foot. Each equipment price covers 1–3 consecutive rental days and has a 20-linear-foot minimum.
What is included in the $200 AV tech surround?
It is a three-sided U-shaped equipment package for 1–3 consecutive rental days, totaling 20 linear ft at 5–7 ft high: black drape panels, 4 base plates, 4 adjustable uprights and 3 adjustable crossbars or horizontal drape supports. A straight 20-ft line uses a different hardware count.
How much is local transportation?
Standard local delivery and pickup add $200 under normal access and scheduling. Longer distances, restricted access, parking, tolls, waiting time or special schedules require review and may change the transportation price.
Does GLMedia own its Georgia Expo equipment?

Are flame certificates available?
Documentation can be supplied when it is available and relevant to the selected fabric. Venue acceptance and any additional fire-marshal requirements must be confirmed for the specific event.
Can pipe & drape be used outdoors?
Outdoor use requires a separate safety review for wind, weather, ballast, surface conditions and public access. A standard indoor configuration should never be assumed suitable outdoors.
Does the quote cart reserve equipment or show a final price?
No. The cart organizes the request. Availability, labor, delivery, setup, taxes, permits and special conditions are confirmed in a written quote after review.
