What the estimate assumes.

  • Included base: equipment, setup and qualified operation; normal access, ground-supported setup, the selected number of event days and up to 6 technician hours per day. Transportation is calculated separately: USD 500 for up to 30 one-way miles and USD 4 for each additional mile.
  • Minimum package: smaller configurations may retain the same $2,000 starting minimum.
  • Taxes: shown only on the written quote.
  • Not included automatically: power, permits, overhead rigging and venue-required services.
  • Custom review: hotels, difficult loading, overnight schedules, elevated screens, beach, sand, salinity, weather contingencies or unusual access.
  • Final commitment: availability, equipment family, labor, schedule and total price are confirmed in writing by GLMedia.
