How we coordinate the work

Your technical lead coordinates the equipment, crew and schedule listed in your proposal with your team and the venue.
Initial consultation
We review the event, audience, venue, schedule and services you need.
Site survey
When required, we review access, dimensions, power, rigging conditions, load-in, venue rules and operating constraints.
Technical plan
We prepare equipment layouts, connections, crew assignments and the setup and operating schedule.
Assigned project lead
Your project lead coordinates with the client, venue, technical departments and assigned specialists.
Installation & testing
We prepare, install and test the equipment before the show begins.
Show operations
During the event, the technical director and operators coordinate the equipment included in your production package.
Strike & closeout
After the event, we dismantle and remove the equipment and return the work area according to the venue’s requirements.
We prepare equipment at our Miramar operation, which includes an in-house repair workshop. We inspect and test LED panels before each deployment and repair those that need attention. Audio, lighting, staging, cameras, power and crew are coordinated for the event.

Questions before you book.
Can you handle only part of the event?
Yes. You can hire one system or several coordinated AV services. For agencies and production companies, we work under their direction with equipment, operators or white-label support while respecting their client relationship.
Does the rental price include delivery and pickup?
Check the delivery and pickup lines in the quote; they are included only when listed. The address is just part of the job: unloading at a loading dock is different from moving cases up stairs or waiting for a service elevator. Send us the venue’s loading instructions and access times before we quote. Long carries, parking, waiting time and extra trips can affect the transport cost.
What sound systems can GLMedia provide?
Ask us about sound for meetings, conferences and live shows. For touring and large venues, we review the site, program and equipment availability before quoting speakers, consoles, microphones, monitoring, crew and backup.
Can you work under my production company's name?
White-label work can be arranged before the project. Agree on the client contact, crew identification, delivery paperwork and who approves changes. Your production team can retain the client relationship while GLMedia supplies the contracted equipment or technical services. We need a clear on-site contact even when the end client communicates only with your company.
Can GLMedia provide the production crew?
Yes. We plan the crew for the equipment, operating hours and venue requirements in your proposal. Requests for crew only are reviewed separately.
Does GLMedia support MICE events in South Florida?
Yes. GLMedia provides audiovisual technical production for meetings, incentive programs, conferences and exhibitions in hotels, convention centers and event venues across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and South Florida.
Can the LED wall stand without hanging from the hotel ceiling?
Yes, when the room and system design allow it. We own support structures and original Unilumin ground-support components for compatible LED walls. We check height, rear clearance, floor loading and hotel requirements before confirming a floor-supported build. See how ground support works →
