What must the
event accomplish?

Start with the audience result. GLMedia translates that goal into the right technical starting point and confirms the final system after reviewing the venue, schedule and content.

Audience visibility

Make the message readable from every seat.

Not renders.
Real show footage.

Movement reveals what a still image cannot: scale, continuity, content flow and the moment the audience understands the idea.

LED beyond the rectangle

Shape the screen.
Shape the experience.

Curves, ribbons, tunnels, floors and transparent displays turn video into architecture—not just a screen at the back of a stage.

A production process you can see

No mystery.
No loose ends.

Premium production is not only the equipment on show day. It is a sequence of decisions, documentation and ownership that makes the event feel controlled.

01

Brief

Goals, audience, venue, schedule and the moment that matters most.

02

Technical design

The right systems, signal path, crew plan and practical alternatives.

03

Preproduction

Documentation, logistics, testing, content coordination and show files.

04

Show operation

Installation, rehearsal, cueing, live support and organized load-out.

The premium handoff

What should be clear
before show day.

The exact documents vary by project. The discipline does not: the client, producer, venue and technical team should know what is being delivered, who owns each decision and what happens next.

02

Signal & content path

Sources, destinations, playback, formats and the critical fallback priorities.

03

04

Technical roles, call times, show leadership and the contact path for decisions.

05

How are you involved?

This keeps direct projects and confidential partner rentals on the right path.

Before you ask

Clear answers.
Faster decisions.

These are the commercial questions that usually determine the right path before model numbers and technical drawings enter the conversation.

01Do you work directly with companies and event organizers?

Yes. GLMedia can lead the complete technical scope directly, from the initial plan through show operation.

02Can a producer or agency keep control of the client relationship?

Yes. We can operate as the technical production team while the producer or agency remains the lead point of contact.

03Do you still cross-rent to other AV companies?

Yes. The dedicated B2B partner desk handles equipment-only, crew and white-label support with a clearly defined scope.

04Can I request only one screen or one technical service?

Yes. Projects can start with a single rental line, equipment with crew or a complete turnkey package.

05Is the equipment inventory available online?

The major categories and declared quantities are published. Exact models, pitch, quantity and availability are confirmed for the project date.

06Should equipment manuals be publicly downloadable?

Not as a general rule. Current manuals, signal notes and technical documentation are better shared with confirmed clients and partners so the correct revision reaches the correct project.

07Can you support teams coming from Latin America?

Yes. The Miami and Buenos Aires connection supports bilingual planning, local equipment and production continuity for Latin American teams working in Florida.

08Do you work outside Florida?

Yes. GLMedia supports projects across the United States when the scope and logistics make sense. Within the declared Miami rental total, 431 sq ft of LED is currently positioned in Las Vegas for western projects.
