You work with one accountable technical lead. GLMedia organizes the approved scope, documents responsibilities and keeps every contracted discipline working toward the same show.
Discovery & scope
We define the event goal, schedule, venue, audience, technical disciplines and level of responsibility.
Site survey
When required, we review access, dimensions, power, rigging conditions, load-in, venue rules and operating constraints.
Technical plan
Systems, layouts, crew, logistics, schedule and responsibilities are organized inside one approved technical scope.
Assigned project lead
Your project lead coordinates with the client, venue, technical departments and assigned specialists.
Installation & testing
We prepare, install and test the equipment before the show begins.
Show operations
During the event, the technical director and operators coordinate the equipment included in your production package.
Strike & closeout
The team manages dismantling, venue handback and the operational closeout of the contracted scope.
We prepare equipment at our Miramar operation, which includes an in-house repair workshop. We inspect and test LED panels before each deployment and repair those that need attention. Audio, lighting, staging, cameras, power and crew are coordinated for the event.

Do you work outside Miami?
Yes. We support projects throughout Florida and travel across the United States when the scope makes sense. Availability and logistics are confirmed for each project.
What audio scale can GLMedia deliver?
GLMedia provides integrated audio for corporate rooms, ballrooms, live shows, touring requirements and arena-scale systems. Coverage, consoles, wireless, monitoring, crew and redundancy are designed for the actual venue and run of show.
Do you work with other AV companies?
Yes. Our B2B desk supports equipment rentals, optional technical operation and white-label delivery while protecting the partner's client relationship.
Can GLMedia provide the production crew?
Yes. We build the crew around the approved production scope, technical disciplines, schedule, venue rules and show responsibilities. Standalone labor requests are reviewed separately.
Does GLMedia support MICE events in South Florida?
Yes. GLMedia provides audiovisual technical production for meetings, incentive programs, conferences and exhibitions in hotels, convention centers and event venues across Miami, Fort Lauderdale and South Florida.
Can the LED wall stand without hanging from the hotel ceiling?
Yes, when the room and system design allow it. We own support structures and original Unilumin ground-support components for compatible LED walls. We check height, rear clearance, floor loading and hotel requirements before confirming a floor-supported build. See how ground support works →
