Use cameras to show presenters on the room’s screens, record the program or reach an online audience. Live camera feeds on event screens are often called IMAG. We plan cameras, switching, capture, monitoring and communication around the event schedule and required outputs.

Can I rent a video switcher or capture equipment?
Yes. Send the source connections, resolution, frame rate, computer or production platform and required outputs. We quote the compatible switcher or capture setup, with its cables and configuration. The exact interface and availability are confirmed for your dates.
Can you provide a live broadcast or streaming system with operators?
We can quote cameras, switching, recording, intercom, streaming equipment and technical crew for live events. Tell us whether the program is for in-room screens, an online audience or both. Internet access, platform access, recordings and backup requirements are reviewed separately before confirming the system.

Does renting an LED screen include filming the event?
No, unless filming is listed in the proposal. A screen can display a presentation without any cameras. If you need live camera images, a recording or a stream, tell us the destinations and deliverables. We define cameras, switching, audio feeds, recording, operators and file delivery separately, so displaying the event and producing a recording are not confused.
Can we use the hotel's guest Wi-Fi for a live stream?
Do not assume it will support the production. We need to review upload capacity, connection stability, network restrictions and the streaming platform. Ask the hotel about a wired connection and any dedicated service options. Test from the actual room with the intended equipment. Internet service and backup connectivity must be identified in the proposal and venue arrangements.
Can a remote speaker talk with the people in the room?
Yes, with a system planned for two-way communication. We need the platform, number of remote participants, room microphones and the screens or monitors the speaker will see. Audio returns must avoid sending the speaker's own voice back as an echo. Schedule a test with the remote participant and confirm their microphone, camera and connection before the live session.
Can the room screens, live stream and recording use the same cameras but show different images?
Yes, if the system is planned for those separate outputs. The room may need a close-up of the speaker while the stream shows the speaker beside the slides. We identify which feeds can be shared and which need their own switching, graphics or layout. Recording the finished program and recording individual cameras are different deliverables, with different equipment and storage requirements. Audio needs its own check too: an online audience cannot rely on the sound heard in the room. Tell us what each audience should receive and which files you need afterward, so the quote includes the outputs, operators, recording and tests required.
