Corporate audiovisual production with professional audio and LED

From a corporate ballroom to an arena

GLMedia can cover corporate programs and scale into large concerts, touring riders and arena deployments. Audio, video, lighting, staging and communications are planned around the same event outcome.

Distributed sound for ballrooms: PA, front fills and delay.

GLMedia can design and operate conference sound around speech intelligibility and the actual audience layout. Main PA coverage, wireless microphones, digital mixing, speaker placement and system tuning are planned together with the stage and video.

Coverage from the first row to the back

A long or wide room may benefit from distributed reinforcement: front fills cover the first rows and delay speakers support more distant or obstructed listening areas. Level, equalization and time alignment are adjusted for the system and coverage zones, rather than simply raising the main speakers.

Line array or point source, selected for the room

A line array is not necessarily ceiling-hung, and it is not mandatory just because a room measures 90 × 120 ft. System selection depends on ceiling height, reverberation, audience geometry, program and permitted support arrangements. The A1 audio engineer and any additional crew are defined in the quote.

Are delay speakers and an audio operator included in every sound package?

No. We specify the number and location of reinforcement speakers, digital console, microphone channels, system tuning and operator hours for the event. An equipment-only rental is different from an installed, operated hotel sound system. The proposal states those inclusions separately.

What audio capacity can GLMedia provide?

Available corporate systems include six RCF J8 systems, wireless microphones and Yamaha DM3 digital mixing consoles. GLMedia can scale beyond that baseline for large-format, touring and arena requirements. Exact channel count, coverage, wireless coordination, monitoring and redundancy are confirmed for each event.

How is large-format audio handled?

For larger audiences, concert riders or arena-level deployment, GLMedia designs and delivers the required PA, control, wireless, monitoring, communications and crew as one coordinated technical system with clearly assigned leadership.

Can audio be integrated with LED and show control?

Yes. Audio can be planned with LED playback, cameras, streaming, lighting, confidence monitors, timers, intercom and staging. Coordinating the complete signal and communication plan reduces handoff errors and gives presenters, video operators and show callers a common operating structure.

What does an audio quote require?

Provide audience size, room dimensions, seating layout, program format, number of presenters or performers, playback sources, recording or streaming needs and any venue noise or power rules. A site plan and run of show let us determine coverage, console, wireless coordination, monitoring, intercom and staffing.

Build the sound system the show actually requires

Send the venue, room, audience and run of show. We will design the complete audio scope, from corporate coverage to touring and arena-scale deployment.
