AUDIO · OWNED + COORDINATED CAPACITY

Professional audio for corporate events and integrated productions

GLMedia owns a practical corporate audio package and can coordinate much larger sound requirements through a co-located specialist partner. The proposal always identifies what GLMedia owns and what is coordinated.

Corporate audiovisual production with professional audio and LED

Right-sized sound, not inflated claims

For a ballroom, conference or compact live event, our owned package may cover the complete requirement. For larger systems, touring riders or arena deployment, we integrate additional professional capacity and qualified technicians into one production plan.

What audio does GLMedia own?

GLMedia owns six RCF J8 systems, wireless microphone systems and Yamaha DM3 digital mixing consoles. This inventory supports many corporate sessions, presentations, small-to-medium ballroom programs and distributed event needs. Exact channel count, coverage, microphone coordination and redundancy are confirmed for each event rather than generalized from a product list.

How is large-format audio handled?

For larger audiences, concert riders or arena-level deployment, GLMedia can coordinate systems and crew with Mahler Audio, which operates from the same warehouse environment and supports touring and arena productions. Partner capacity is not represented as GLMedia-owned inventory. The client can still receive a coordinated production scope with clear technical leadership and responsibilities.

Can audio be integrated with LED and show control?

Yes. Audio can be planned with LED playback, cameras, streaming, lighting, confidence monitors, timers, intercom and staging. Coordinating the complete signal and communication plan reduces handoff errors and gives presenters, video operators and show callers a common operating structure.

What does an audio quote require?

Provide audience size, room dimensions, seating layout, program format, number of presenters or performers, playback sources, recording or streaming needs and any venue noise or power rules. A site plan and run of show let us determine coverage, console, wireless coordination, monitoring, intercom and staffing.

Build the audio scope around the actual show

Send the venue, room, audience and run of show. We will identify owned capacity, coordinated capacity and every technical responsibility.
