What “from” means: one indoor P2.6 wall, one event day, original compatible ground-support components, LED processing and one standard presentation input, qualified setup and strike, up to six technician hours during the event day, normal working hours and access, plus transportation to a venue within 30 one-way miles of 11531 Interchange Circle S, Miramar. It is a planning price—not an automatic reservation or final proposal.

GLMedia provides event technology and audiovisual technical services for general sessions, conferences, galas and MICE events. We combine owned LED inventory, video processing, playback and technical operation with the audio, lighting and staging requested by the planner or production team.
In a planning example of a 90 × 120 ft ballroom, the floor area is 10,800 sq ft (approximately 1,003 m²). That figure alone does not determine capacity or the AV package. We review the stage position, seating plan, ceiling height, aisles and distance to the last row. This example is not a confirmed room measurement for any Westin hotel.
A central LED wall, left/right screens, vertical columns or a panoramic curved LED wall answer different viewing needs. Screen size, pixel pitch, text size and content layout are considered together. Modular cabinet geometry determines the final buildable dimensions, while pixel mapping defines the native content canvas.
A distributed PA can combine main loudspeakers, front fills and delay speakers where needed. Line arrays are one option, not an automatic requirement based on floor area. Front lighting supports speakers and cameras; wash lighting, uplighting and moving heads can complete the requested stage design.
GLMedia has its own support structures and original Unilumin ground-support components for compatible LED systems. A floor-supported installation can avoid ceiling suspension for the wall. The design accounts for height, footprint, stability, floor loading, access and the hotel’s requirements.
No. A curved shape or large format does not automatically require ceiling suspension. A compatible, engineered ground-stacked configuration may be possible. GLMedia reviews floor support and hanging options for the actual panel system and venue; ceiling rigging is coordinated with the authorized provider when required.
The technical site survey covers the room layout, sightlines, loading dock, service elevator, loaded flight cases, power, support footprint, installation and strike windows, and the run of show. We also coordinate COI, additional-insured requirements and any exclusive hotel services. The proposal separates equipment, transport, installation, operators and venue charges.
A venue can review a real planning basis before approving access or power. Every figure below identifies what is included in the calculation and what still belongs in the final drawing or proposal.

These are the published average cabinet loads for the three sizes. Their corresponding maximums are 3.36 / 5.40 / 7.20 kW. The complete active-system total is produced by adding the nameplate draw of every processor, computer, switcher and monitor actually assigned.
This means the stated LED circuits plus one provisional clean control circuit. It is an electrical-service reservation, not a claim that the complete system consumes all of that available capacity.
Calculation rule: approximate amperes = watts ÷ 120 V. Each 20 A circuit is planned at 80% for up to 1,920 W of continuous load. The final proposal identifies the panel, processor, playback, switching, monitors, distribution, phase and connectors; the venue and qualified technician approve the final plan.
The client buys the result, the hotel protects the property, the in-house AV team protects its interfaces and the production team needs a buildable plan. The written proposal aligns all four.

The modular system helps on constrained hotel routes, but the loaded case—not the loose LED tile—is the final access test.
Each URMIII2.6 cabinet measures 19.7 × 19.7 × 3.3 in and weighs 17.4 lb before its case. Compatible original Unilumin ground-support elements break down into shorter modules, which can be more practical than moving a 10 ft truss section through a small service elevator.
That modular approach can reduce material-handling equipment and allow parallel work behind an approved ground-stacked wall. It does not remove the need to verify loading, stability, ballast, floor capacity, guardrails, egress or venue approval.

GLMedia's indoor Unilumin P2.6 cabinets provide 192 × 192 native pixels in each 500 × 500 mm cabinet. Fine pitch supports presentations, text and closer viewing, but GLMedia still checks viewing distance, cameras, content, room light and budget before confirming the system.

Panel-only calculated totals are 488 lb and 3.36 kW maximum for 28 cabinets; 784 lb and 5.40 kW for 45 cabinets; and 1,045 lb and 7.20 kW for 60 cabinets. Support, ballast, cases, cabling and control equipment are additional.
For planning at 120 V, the cabinet maximum-load references correspond to at least two, three or four dedicated 20 A circuits for the 28-, 45- and 60-cabinet packages when each circuit is planned to an 80% continuous-load basis. A separate clean circuit is normally planned for processing and playback. The venue and qualified technician confirm final distribution, phase balance, connectors and cable routes.
The individual cabinet is 19.7 × 19.7 × 3.3 in, and compatible ground-support components break into modular pieces. The final access test uses the largest loaded flight case: door clearance, elevator-cab depth and capacity, hallway turns and the complete dock-to-ballroom route are verified before GLMedia promises elevator compatibility or that no forklift is required.
