Miami rental inventory
Indoor, outdoor and walkable rental LED systems for events, plus a separate inventory for permanent installations.
What it does
LED is the visual canvas of the event. We choose the correct pixel pitch, brightness, structure and processing based on viewing distance, venue conditions and the shape of the experience.
Current inventory reference
We confirm the models, quantities and availability for your event date before finalizing the equipment package.

Pixel pitch, cabinet size and native pixels
Pixel pitch is the center-to-center distance between adjacent LED pixels, measured in millimeters. A smaller number places more pixels in the same area and supports closer viewing or fine text. It is not automatically the best choice: viewing distance, cameras, content, room light, screen size and budget determine the correct system.
Cabinet resolution is the physical pixel map inside one panel. Total wall resolution is calculated from the cabinet count: columns × horizontal pixels and rows × vertical pixels. GLMedia calculates that native canvas before assigning LED processors, playback, switching and signal distribution.

Specification note: 3.9 and 3.91 are commonly used labels for the same 128-pixel module geometry. Published brightness and protection values shown above are family references; GLMedia verifies the exact cabinet batch, receiving-card map, calibration, power, processor loading and planned orientation during project preparation. Fixed-installation systems are listed separately because they are not interchangeable with rental cabinets.
The declared rental inventory includes P2.6 indoor LED, P3.91 outdoor and creative LED, and P5.2 walkable LED floor. Separate fixed-installation inventory includes P1.56, P1.9 and P2.5 systems. Live availability is confirmed by date.
No. A finer pitch adds pixels and can improve close-view detail, but the right choice also depends on viewing distance, camera use, content, brightness, venue, screen dimensions, processing and budget.
We multiply cabinet columns by each cabinet's horizontal pixel count and cabinet rows by its vertical pixel count. That result determines the native canvas and helps define processors, playback outputs, switching, scaling and redundancy.
Indoor systems typically prioritize fine pitch and close viewing. Outdoor systems require the correct weather rating, higher usable brightness, site-specific support, power distribution and safety planning. The event location and exposure are verified before the system is selected.
GLMedia does not stop at the panels. Owned support and rigging inventory helps plan how a large wall moves through the venue, goes together, remains accessible and is removed within the production window.
Owned hanging bumpers, one-ton chain hoists, controllers, certified lifting accessories and certified riggers support flown LED scopes when the venue, loads and approved plot permit.
Quick-connect Unilumin ground-support components give technicians organized access behind large screens. Rear platforms and guardrails can let multiple qualified crew members work in parallel on cabinet connection, alignment, signal, power and inspection instead of waiting for one ladder or lift to move across the wall. GLMedia owns enough compatible original platform modules to position a rear service platform approximately every 2 m along an approved Unilumin ground-stacked configuration, helping distribute qualified technicians across wide builds. The modular pieces are also easier to route through hotel corridors and service elevators; where access dimensions and load limits allow, this may avoid a forklift or material lift and shorten load-in, setup and strike.
Owned inventory includes Tyler Truss 12x12, James Thomas Engineering (Thomas Truss) 12x12, Global Truss components and ModTruss 6x6. Exact series, connections, lengths and quantities are confirmed per project; different manufacturer families are not assumed interchangeable.
Every deployment is confirmed against cabinet family, dimensions, weight, point loads, floor conditions, egress, access, labor rules, engineering, manufacturer data and venue approval.
Ground support can reduce the need for lifts, ladders and sequential handling, but the final access method, elevator route, protective equipment, engineering and crew plan are selected for the real venue and approved work plan.

Deployment option · Compatible rental LED
For compatible screen packages, GLMedia can deploy Unilumin rental cabinets on rolling touring dollies. Groups of cabinets stay organized while they move through staging and toward the installation area.
This is an available logistics alternative, not the right method for every wall. We confirm it according to the LED family, screen dimensions, venue access, loading path and transportation plan.
