A display planned around the audience
The system uses LED cabinets assembled on a modular four-sided structure. We can evaluate an overhead installation above a central area or a supported structure, depending on the available space and audience sightlines. Screen size and installation height are selected together with viewing distance and content.
This format can combine scores, live video, replays, and sponsor messages at arenas, conventions, and brand activations. “Four-sided” describes the screen arrangement; the configuration is prepared for each event.
Planning the support and installation
We review the installation location, total weight, loads, setup access, and maintenance clearance with your production team and the venue. For a suspended display, we coordinate the information needed for rigging design, structural engineering, and venue approval. A supported installation also needs a suitable structure and access.
That review guides the cabinet layout, connection routes, and sequence for assembly and testing. Engineering and required approvals are part of installation planning; a photo or an initial dimension is enough to start the conversation.
Content and signals across four faces
We select processing with enough outputs and capacity to repeat one image or distribute different layouts. We prepare the pixel map and signal routing, then test orientation and synchronization from the audience’s viewing positions.
For sports events, we coordinate score data, camera feeds, replays, and sponsor graphics with your team. This helps establish what appears on each face, how it changes during the program, and the operating support to add. If you already use a scoring system, share its name and available connections so we can review integration.
Equipment, installation, and operating options
Rent the equipment or add preparation, delivery, installation, connections, testing, operation, and removal. If your production already has a technical crew, we coordinate the configuration and connection points to integrate the display into their workflow.

Yes. If you have a rider, share the model, quantity, and dates. We review availability and compatibility, including configurations that need additional units. We present alternatives with their accessories and differences so you can choose; the proposal identifies the agreed selection. You can also start with the result you want to achieve.
How should I prepare videos and presentations?
We provide the final pixel map and playback settings for export. Keep presentation fonts and linked media together, and send original video files when possible. Identify the final version and playback order. We review resolution, aspect ratio, audio, and cues; editing or new content can be added to the proposal if needed.
