Curved and Flexible LED Rental
Is flexible LED the same as curved rental cabinets?
No. Flexible modules can follow a continuous curved support, while rigid rental cabinets create a curve through the angles permitted by their connections. The choice depends on the radius, visible seams, pixel pitch and installation method. Send a top view and the height of the proposed shape so we can review geometry, support and maintenance access before choosing a system.
Is every radius possible?
No. Each module and cabinet system has a permitted curvature range. Send the radius if you know it, or a drawing showing width, depth and height. We check that shape against the actual equipment and supporting structure, including room for cabling and service access. The final pixel map follows the build that can be installed, not just the shape shown in a rendering.
Can GLMedia map the content?
Yes. We can include the pixel map and processing setup in the technical package. The map shows the dimensions and position of each visible LED area so your content team can place text, logos and transitions correctly. Send the screen design and existing files. Creating new graphics or animation is a separate task unless the proposal includes it.

Practical questions before you book
Can I request a specific model or more units than the catalog lists?
Send the exact model, quantity, dates and any approved alternatives on your technical rider. We check current availability and compatibility before quoting. Additional equipment can be considered through complementary rentals or technical partners. The quote identifies the model, quantity and accessories to be supplied, including any substitution you have accepted.
What video and presentation files should I send?
Ask for the final screen pixel map and playback requirements before exporting. Send the presentation with its fonts and linked media, and provide original video files rather than messaging-app previews when possible. Label the final version and the playback order. We check resolution, aspect ratio, audio and cue points; editing or creating content is a separate task unless included.
