Rent the system for your own crew to use, or add preparation, delivery, setup, connection, testing, operation and removal. We coordinate with your production team to prepare the screen and its content playback.
The screen shape, site access, rehearsal schedule and program length help us plan crew and timing. Together, we decide whether your team will operate the system or you would like an operator included, and describe that option in the proposal.

What corners can I use with UGM II?
The UGM II P3.91 system has 45° and 90° corner cabinets as well as straight cabinets. We select the combination for your design and check the quantities available for your date. Corner components connect the faces of the design, while the pixel map organizes content across those surfaces.
Can we prepare a four-sided structure?
We can evaluate four faces using compatible cabinets and corner pieces. A sketch or reference helps us define dimensions, audience positions and a floor-supported or suspended installation. We review connections, support, loads and internal access for cabling and service, then size the processing for the content planned on each face.
What do we review for an outdoor installation?
We prepare the cabinet, dimension and processing specification alongside the plan for support, power and weather conditions for operation. We review brightness, refresh rate and IP protection for the intended use; if cameras are involved, we include their requirements in testing. These details help your team prepare files and the venue review the installation.

Design, files and first steps
Can I request another model or a larger screen?
Yes. Tell us the shape and result you have in mind, and share any model specified on your rider. We check available quantities and compatibility for your date. If additional units are needed, we evaluate how to source them and present the options. The proposal identifies models, quantities and accessories, and we discuss any alternative before selecting it.
How do I prepare content for multiple faces?
We provide the final pixel map and playback requirements for exporting your files. We review what each face will show and how images continue around edges, keeping text and key elements in visible areas. Prepare presentations with their fonts and linked files, and use original videos when possible. Identify the final version and playback order. We check resolution, aspect ratio, audio and cues; if you need editing or content creation, we can include that service in the proposal.
Can I inquire without dimensions or drawings?
Yes. A site photo, sketch or visual reference is enough to start a conversation. We can help you decide how many faces to use, where the audience will view the screen and which details to gather to size it. Include the date or venue if you know them so we can work on availability and setup.
