Can we build a curved screen outdoors?
Yes. We have straight and curved URM III P3.91 outdoor cabinets. Share a visual reference to start; if you already have a planned radius, top-view drawing or dimensions, we use them to develop the configuration. We review geometry, support and weather exposure. The content map follows that layout to maintain continuity where logos and text cross cabinet transitions.
How do we choose the screen support?
We help evaluate a ground-supported or flown screen based on the site and design. A flown screen needs suitable points and an approved rigging plan. For a ground-supported screen, we review compatible hardware, floor capacity and ballast. Outdoor planning also includes wind and weather. The quote details the support, engineering work and installation required for that configuration.
Can I include a technician during the event?
Yes. Add installation, testing and operation during rehearsals and the program, or rent the equipment for your technical crew to use. Rehearsal, doors-open and end times help us plan staffing. If your crew will operate, we coordinate commissioning, system handover and support so they can work with the prepared configuration.

Can I request a specific model or a larger screen?
Yes. Tell us what you want to show and your event date. If you already have a model, quantity or rider, we can start with those details. We review availability and compatibility to propose a configuration and evaluate additional equipment when the system needs to grow. The quote lists models, quantities and accessories, and we discuss any alternatives with you.
How should I prepare videos and presentations?
We provide the final pixel map and playback requirements before you export. You can share a sample of the content while we work out the design. For testing, send presentations with fonts and linked media and, when possible, original videos instead of messaging-app previews. Identify the final version and playback order. We review resolution, aspect ratio, audio and cue points. If you need editing or content creation, we can add it as a service in the quote.
Can I inquire before I have dimensions or drawings?
Yes. The event type, a site photo or a screen reference is a useful starting point. We can help define size, shape and placement, then prepare the technical information for installation. If you already have dates or a production team, we include them in the planning.
