What is included in the published AV package price?
The published subtotal covers the listed LED, audio and lighting equipment for the selected rental period. Personnel, delivery, setup, strike, show operators, tax, venue charges and special engineering are separate.
How is a three-day AV equipment rental calculated?
The public planning schedule uses a 1.50 rental factor for three consecutive days. A $3,250 base-day package therefore produces a $4,875 equipment subtotal before add-ons. Availability and the final written quote still require confirmation.
Can I rent only an LED wall, stage or pipe and drape?
Yes. The builder includes LED-only, low-stage and black pipe-and-drape starting configurations. The specialized pages provide other dimensions, colors, heights and technical options.
Why is labor outside the package price?
A one-day rental does not define the work call. Crew cost depends on dock access, elevator size, load-in and strike windows, show hours, union rules, overnight work, equipment position and the number of operators required. Keeping labor separate makes that cost reviewable instead of hiding it inside equipment.
Are the exact brands and models guaranteed?
The page identifies GLMedia's planned equipment families, including Unilumin, Shure and Chauvet. Exact models, quantities and substitutions are confirmed in the written proposal according to date, compatibility and technical design.
Does the online subtotal reserve equipment?
No. It is a transparent planning reference and quote-cart entry. Equipment, event dates and responsibilities are confirmed only in a written proposal.
