Indoor, outdoor, curved, corner, flexible and floor LED formats with processing and Resolume/media-server workflows.

Miami Beach · hotels · conventions
Rent an LED screen for a Miami Beach hotel event, conference or outdoor reception. We can supply the equipment, install and test it, or operate the video throughout the event. Add sound, lighting, staging and cameras when your program needs them.
Local evidence
Our Miami Beach work includes The Catch 2023, an outdoor LED installation at Fontainebleau. For a new hotel or convention-center project, we review the room, loading access, power, rigging and any required in-house services with your team.
Production scope
Clients can hire a complete technical scope or a defined system. Agencies and AV partners can retain production leadership while GLMedia works as a discreet equipment and technical resource.
Indoor, outdoor, curved, corner, flexible and floor LED formats with processing and Resolume/media-server workflows.
Sound for speech and music, wireless microphones, digital mixing and event lighting, with equipment and operators matched to the room and program.
Decks, pipe and drape, PTZ and production cameras, switching, intercom, confidence monitoring, timers and technical crews.
Venue coordination
Miami Beach hotels and convention facilities may have exclusive or preferred in-house providers. We confirm what the venue allows before promising access, rigging or service responsibilities.
For a hotel or private event in Aventura, send us the room dimensions and access times along with the date.
GLMedia is an independent technical supplier. Venue names identify a project location or a place where clients can request service; they do not indicate an in-house or preferred-provider appointment.
FAQ
We can coordinate the event’s LED, video, audio, lighting, staging, cameras and technical crew after reviewing the venue, schedule and available resources. Your proposal identifies who installs and operates each system. Overall event planning and guest management are separate responsibilities.
Delivery, installation and show operation are different services. The quote should say who installs the system, who tests it and whether an operator stays during the program. Tell us the rehearsal, doors-open and end times. If your team will operate the equipment, we need to agree on the handover and support arrangements before delivery.
When the venue authorizes outside vendors, GLMedia coordinates access, rigging, power, safety and division of responsibilities with the venue and its designated provider.
Choose the right route
Send the date, venue and what the audience needs to see and hear. We will help you choose equipment rental, installation, operation or a coordinated audiovisual package.
Only when the proposal says so. Tell us the delivery address, room, access times and return schedule. Transport depends on the equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Send the loading instructions with your request so we can price the actual route and number of trips.
Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.
