Ballroom presentation
For keynotes, define the readable slide area, stage height and distance to the last row. GLMedia can combine a modular LED wall with speaker lighting, wireless microphones, confidence monitors, a timer and coordinated playback.
MIAMI BEACH · LED + AV
LED screens, video and audiovisual support for conferences, galas and hotel events at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The Catch 2023 provides a real GLMedia LED reference at this hotel, with photographs of an outdoor screen and its rear assembly. We work with planners, producers and clients to define each technical scope.

VENUE FACTS + GLMEDIA TECHNICAL PLANNING
The official venue page distinguishes the Chateau Tower and Coastal Convention Center. Choose the actual space before sizing a screen or planning the truck: one hotel name does not describe a single installation.
| Space | Published reference | Location / condition |
|---|---|---|
| Glimmer | 18,786 sq ft | Chateau Tower · fourth floor |
| Coral Ballroom | 4,500–9,500 sq ft | Coastal Convention Center · second floor; configuration-dependent |
| Tides Rooftop Terrace | 7,001 sq ft | Coastal Convention Center · fifth floor; outdoor space |

For keynotes, define the readable slide area, stage height and distance to the last row. GLMedia can combine a modular LED wall with speaker lighting, wireless microphones, confidence monitors, a timer and coordinated playback.
A simultaneous program needs a room-by-room list of sources, screens, microphones and operators. We plan presentation handoffs, recording needs and cable routes rather than assuming one ballroom system can cover every session.
A terrace proposal needs weather contingencies, approved structural design, equipment protection and an indoor fallback. An indoor LED package is not an outdoor offer; wind exposure and the permitted installation determine the system.
GLMEDIA PRICING REFERENCE · NOT A HOTEL QUOTE
For Fontainebleau Miami Beach, use the standard LED packages as a comparison point, then adapt screen size, hotel access and operating hours to the booked room.
The published reference includes compatible standard ground support, LED processing and one standard presentation input, qualified setup and strike, up to six technician hours during the event day, and local transport within 30 one-way miles of GLMedia’s Miramar location under normal access and working hours.
Hotel/in-house AV fees, power service, rigging, exclusive or union labor, internet, parking, tax, restricted loading, long carries and extra operating hours are separate. Audio, lighting, cameras and staging are not included in this LED reference. Dates, access, availability and final responsibilities are confirmed in the written proposal.
YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM
Hire GLMedia for LED and video only, or add sound, lighting, cameras, staging, pipe & drape and technical crew. We support the planner’s or producer’s show without taking over their client relationship. Each proposal identifies equipment, setup, operation and hotel interfaces.
Screen geometry, native pixels, source switching, cameras, confidence monitors and speaker timers.

For The Catch, we installed an LED screen in the outdoor area at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The photographs show the stage backdrop during the reception and the structure behind the screen during setup.
This outdoor installation is a separate project, not the compact indoor package priced above.

Electrical demand and equipment weight are calculated for the selected configuration. Elevator fit is checked against the largest loaded case—not the LED panel alone. Hotel capacities are not final seated capacities once technical equipment is added.
Yes. The Catch 2023 is a GLMedia LED project reference at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. The case includes photographs of the screen in use, the outdoor setting and the rear of the LED installation.
The photographs in this case show an outdoor hotel setting. They are separate from GLMedia’s indoor ballroom and conference projects.
Yes, when the client and hotel authorize the external technical scope. GLMedia is an independent event technology and audiovisual services company, not the hotel’s in-house or preferred provider. We coordinate the equipment and operation with the venue’s current requirements.
We do not assume that. Modular LED and compatible Unilumin ground support can reduce individual component size, but the largest loaded flight case, door opening, cabin dimensions, weight limit and corridor turns must be checked for the booked building. Ask the hotel for the assigned service route and loading slot.
No. It is GLMedia’s published starting reference for a compact 11.5 × 6.6 ft indoor P2.6 LED wall for one event day under the listed conditions. Hotel charges, access, schedule and added services can change the total. The linked package page gives three sizes and inclusions; your final scope and price are confirmed in writing.
Both options are available by scope: LED and video only, or a coordinated system with sound, lighting, staging, cameras, playback, confidence monitors, timers and technical crew. Producers and planners can keep their client relationship and hire GLMedia for the technical disciplines they need.
