Marriott identifies Encore for in-house audiovisual support at this property. Coordinate the house interface alongside the GLMedia equipment quote. Las Olas, Atlantic and Sky Terrace need their own layouts; the documented InsightsEDU installation is a reference, not an approval for a new design.

The compact LED reference price does not automatically include audio, lighting, venue services or delivery to every destination. Separate equipment, transport, setup, supervision and operation in the proposal. A floor-supported structure still needs an approved footprint and review of floor loading and the proposed configuration.

Marriott lists Las Olas and Atlantic as distinct ballrooms, plus smaller rooms and an outdoor Sky Terrace. The outdoor space needs its own technical and weather plan.

For an awards dinner, position screens and cameras around seated guests, table decor and stage action. Coordinate LED playback, speech microphones and lighting cues so the technical layout supports the planner’s design.
The Las Olas concept should not be copied directly into Atlantic. We check screen/support height, stage depth and presentation readability, then design any breakout displays and room-to-room feeds separately.
An indoor system is not automatically suitable for Sky Terrace. Outdoor placement requires an approved structural and weather plan. Coordinate house services, including any required power or rigging, before committing the setup.

For The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, use the standard LED packages as a comparison point, then adapt screen size, hotel access and operating hours to the booked room.
The published reference includes compatible standard ground support, LED processing and one standard presentation input, qualified setup and strike, up to six technician hours during the event day, and local transport within 30 one-way miles of GLMedia’s Miramar location under normal access and working hours.
Hotel/in-house AV fees, power service, rigging, exclusive or union labor, internet, parking, tax, restricted loading, long carries and extra operating hours are separate. Audio, lighting, cameras and staging are not included in this LED reference. Dates, access, availability and final responsibilities are confirmed in the written proposal.

For InsightsEDU 2026 at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, GLMedia installed a straight 49.2 × 16.4 ft (15 × 5 m) LED wall using original Unilumin ground support. The 807 sq ft (75 m²) display formed the visual backdrop for the conference presentations. GLMedia also installed pipe & drape in the pool area.
The 15 × 5 m InsightsEDU wall is a separate custom project, not the compact package priced above.

Electrical demand and equipment weight are calculated for the selected configuration. Elevator fit is checked against the largest loaded case—not the LED panel alone. Hotel capacities are not final seated capacities once technical equipment is added.

Yes, if the hotel approves GLMedia as an outside AV supplier for your event. Our proposal lists our equipment, setup and operators. The hotel or its in-house provider confirms its own services and charges, including any required power, rigging, internet or labor. We do not represent the hotel or sell its event packages.
Use The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort and the exact ballroom or terrace on your contract. It is separate from The Westin Fort Lauderdale near Cypress Creek. We keep separate guides so room dimensions, loading instructions and equipment designs are not mixed.
No. It is GLMedia’s published starting reference for a compact 11.5 × 6.6 ft indoor P2.6 LED wall for one event day under the listed conditions. Hotel charges, access, schedule and added services can change the total. The linked package page gives three sizes and inclusions; your final scope and price are confirmed in writing.
You can rent LED and video equipment alone, or add sound, lighting, staging, cameras, playback, confidence monitors, timers and crew. We work with your planner or production company and respect their relationship with the client.
REQUEST A QUOTE
Start with the date, hotel, room and what you need—even if it is just one screen or a technician. If you have a floor plan or schedule, send it too. We can work through the missing technical details with you.
The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.
Send the clear door opening, cabin width and depth, rated load and the route from the loading dock to the room. We check the largest loaded case and support components, not just an individual LED panel. Include corridor turns, ramps and floor protection. A modular system may help, but elevator access cannot be promised from screen dimensions alone.
Send both layouts and the time available between programs. We identify equipment that can stay in place and what needs to move, be rewired or tested again. The changeover requires its own crew and access plan while catering and other vendors work. A short break in the agenda is not automatically enough time to rebuild a stage or LED wall.
Identify whether GLMedia, the house team or another supplier provides the mixer, recording interface and operator. Send the microphones, presentation sources and remote-participant requirements. Agree on each output and a test with the actual recorder or streaming system. Hearing the program in the ballroom does not confirm the recording feed or the audio heard by remote participants.
That cannot be assumed from the InsightsEDU photographs. The structure must be evaluated for its intended equipment, loads and arrangement, including any proposed lighting. Send the stage and fixture positions for review with the hotel and the responsible technical team. Ground support still needs an approved footprint and floor assessment; it does not make every accessory or mounting position acceptable.
Provide an agenda and equipment layout for each space, including rehearsals and changeovers. Mark overlapping sessions so operators and systems are not promised in two places at once. Plan outdoor equipment and weather arrangements separately for Sky Terrace. Confirm room access, house services and the person calling cues in each area before fixing crew hours.
