How does GLMedia support multiple booths and show areas?
A multi-booth program is managed as one production with separate deliverables. GLMedia creates an inventory and signal plan for each location, assigns installation priorities, coordinates content and electrical requirements, and tracks what must be operational before exhibitor rehearsals or show opening. Centralized preparation reduces mismatched processors, missing files and duplicated labor. The same approach can cover LED in booths, registration, entrances, stages and sponsor areas while preserving a clear contact and schedule for every exhibitor or agency. Before quoting, GLMedia reviews venue rules, access, labor calls, power, rigging, show schedule and the responsibilities of every provider. That review keeps the production scope clear and prevents gaps between equipment, crew and venue operations. GLMedia can supply a focused technical package or remain accountable for a coordinated turnkey scope using owned equipment and approved partner or subrented resources when required.
What changes when LED is planned for a convention center?
Convention centers have defined move-in windows, loading rules, labor jurisdictions, rigging approvals, floor-protection requirements, power services and fire-safety procedures. The LED design must be achievable inside those conditions. GLMedia reviews decorator and venue manuals, booth drawings, hanging points, electrical orders, freight access and exhibitor deadlines before finalizing the package. At M-ACC and other exhibition projects, this coordination has allowed GLMedia to support large quantities of LED across multiple stands and public show areas. Can GLMedia work with an in-house or exclusive venue provider?
Yes. Many convention centers and hotels reserve specific services or require approvals from an in-house provider, exclusive contractor or venue department. GLMedia does not present itself as that provider unless formally appointed. We coordinate responsibilities, submit technical information and work within venue rules when the facility and client authorize an outside production company. The proposal identifies which services are supplied by GLMedia, which must be ordered from the venue and where a handoff or supervision fee may apply. What can be included in a turnkey trade show production scope?
A turnkey scope can combine LED walls and floors, processors, content playback, cameras, switching, streaming, audio, lighting, staging, pipe and drape, truss, rigging coordination, power distribution, technical labor and show operation. GLMedia can contract owned equipment and coordinate approved partner or subrented resources when a specific quantity or specialty is required. The client receives a consolidated technical plan, schedule and responsibility matrix, while final venue permissions and union or exclusive services remain subject to each facility.
