Orlando
equipment access.
A coordinated Orlando warehouse point for LED and video equipment, support components, power and signal cabling, transport cases, prep, pickup, delivery and technical production support.
Built for production schedules
Equipment.
Logistics. Crew.
Use the location for a single equipment request or a larger technical package. We review the project, destination, labor, load-in, return plan and the exact equipment list before confirmation.
LED and video
Request LED display systems, processing, playback, support hardware and related transport solutions. Final pitch, cabinet type, processors and quantities are confirmed per project.
Support and staging components
Ask about ground-support components, platforms, dollies, cases, truss-related support and accessories that match the engineered production plan.
Power and signal
Power, data and signal cabling can be included after voltage, distribution, cable paths, connector standards and system topology are reviewed.
Cross-rental and white label
Qualified AV companies can request equipment-only or discreet technical support with documented responsibilities, insurance and crew requirements.
Pickup, return or delivery
Choose a scheduled warehouse pickup, coordinated return or quoted delivery. Vehicle, dock, loading and labor requirements are confirmed in advance.
Full production support
Combine equipment with technicians, engineering coordination, video control, rigging coordination, content, lighting, audio and show operations.
Inventory notice: the photographs document the operating environment and equipment present when photographed. They do not guarantee ownership, model, quantity, condition or availability. The confirmed quote and equipment list control every project.
Real warehouse photographs
Prepared for
the next load-out.
Organized cases, support components, LED cabinets and cable inventories help shorten preparation time when the project scope and schedule are confirmed early.

Common questions
Before the
pickup.
Can I visit without an appointment?
No. This is an operating warehouse, not a walk-in showroom. A confirmed appointment is required for visits, pickup and returns.
Does the gallery prove that all photographed equipment is available?
No. The photos document the warehouse environment at a point in time. The written quote and final equipment list confirm the actual model, source, quantity, condition and availability.
Can an AV company request equipment-only cross-rental?
Yes, after the provider, insurance, crew, technical responsibilities, transport and return plan are qualified and documented.
Can GLMedia deliver and operate the equipment?
Yes. Delivery, collection, prep, testing, technicians and full production support can be included according to the project.
