Does GLMedia have an office in Orlando?

What can an LED wall rental include?
Rent the equipment alone or add delivery, installation and operation. Your quote lists the LED panels, processing, support, cabling and technical services included, based on the venue and schedule.
Can an indoor LED panel be used outdoors under a roof?
A roof alone does not establish suitable operating conditions. The exact panel, connectors, exposure to rain or condensation, wind and electrical protection need review. Tell us how long the screen will be outside and send photos of the position. We select a system for the actual exposure rather than treating an indoor package as an outdoor rental.
Can I calculate a screen size before contacting the team?
Yes. The estimator lets you try dimensions, quantity, rental days, indoor or outdoor use and location. Use it to compare configurations and send us the option closest to your event. We then check the room, content, access and installation method; those details can change the final equipment, transport and crew cost. An estimate does not reserve the equipment.
Can GLMedia lead the complete technical production?
Yes. We can coordinate LED, video, sound, lighting, staging, cameras and crew for an Orlando project. The quote confirms the equipment, travel, operating hours and technical contact before the booking is accepted. The overall event organization is a separate responsibility.
Practical questions before you book
Does the equipment rental include delivery and pickup?
Only when the proposal says so. Tell us the delivery address, room, access times and return schedule. Transport depends on the equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Send the loading instructions with your request so we can price the actual route and number of trips.
Who arranges badges and access for the technical crew?
The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.

What information matters for a multi-day hotel event?
Send installation, rehearsal, program and removal times for every day, plus the room plan and any overnight access or security restrictions. Indicate whether the same audio and lighting layout remains in place or rooms change between sessions. These details determine equipment use and crew attendance separately. Do not assume a dark day for the audience is also a free equipment or travel day.
How can we compare travel and operating days in the quote?
Ask for equipment dates, transport movements and crew shifts to be listed separately. Identify loading, travel, installation, rehearsal, show and removal periods, including overnight stays when applicable. If a local provider handles a defined part, record that handoff. The goal is to see which work each line covers, rather than counting all days as identical or assuming travel is included in an equipment rate.
