Designed around the event

One medium.
Many moments.

A laser can communicate a brand mark, build a scenic atmosphere or land on a precise cue. The correct system depends on the environment, projection surface, distances, audience relationship, ambient light and required control.

01 · Reveals

Logos & countdowns

Project approved text, logos and countdown graphics onto an opaque scenic surface, then synchronize the final cue with LED, lighting, audio or a Kabuki drop.

02 · Live entertainment

Aerial beam looks

Programmed beams for concerts, DJs, awards and celebrations, with controlled zones, venue-approved haze and no audience-scanning option in this scope.

03 · Brand experiences

Scenic graphics

Custom lines, animation and visual sequences for trade shows, corporate openings, product launches and experiential spaces.

04 · Social events

Weddings & birthdays

Names, monograms and high-impact entries adapted to the venue, show schedule, fire-alarm rules and safe projection plan.

05 · Architecture

Site-specific projection

Opaque façade or scenic targets may be considered after reflectivity, termination, access, power, weather and airspace review.

06 · Integrated production

One synchronized cue

Laser programming can join LED content, playback, lighting, audio, Kabuki and show control under a rehearsed cue sequence.

Technical reference

Specify the effect.
Verify the system.

The equipment noted in a previous project scope is retained only as a useful performance reference. It is not a public inventory promise and does not establish that the projector, paperwork or provider is approved for a new event.

KVANT Clubmax 10 FB4

Reference from the supplied scope: 10 W full-color RGB, ScannerMAX 506 at 40 kpps and FB4 control. Final equipment, certification records and show documentation are verified by the responsible provider for the actual project.

  • Custom logo, text, graphics and beam programming
  • Laser operator for installation, rehearsal and show cue
  • Controlled projector position or platform as engineered for the site
  • Atmospheric haze only when approved by venue and life-safety teams
  • Timecode or show-control synchronization with LED and Kabuki
  • Power, signal, barriers, emergency stop and access control as quoted

From artwork to cue

Program.
Review. Rehearse.

The final proposal identifies the responsible laser-show provider, equipment, operating boundaries, artwork requirements, filings, venue coordination, operator and cancellation conditions.

01

Brief

Venue, date, environment, audience, target surface, creative intent and related show systems.

02

Site & compliance

Projection geometry, reflective hazards, occupied areas, access, airspace, weather and venue restrictions.

03

Programming

Artwork conversion, beam looks, countdown, timecode and coordinated shutter cues.

04

Rehearsal & show

Operator checks, controlled access, full cue test and an approved go/no-go decision.

Safety and responsibility

The effect follows
the approved plan.

01

No audience scanning in this scope

Projection zones are planned outside occupied circulation and audience areas. No online form or preview can approve a laser path.

02

Opaque, non-reflective termination

Graphics and beams must terminate as approved. Glass, mirrors, reflective letters and uncontrolled reflective surfaces require redesign or exclusion.

03

Qualified responsible provider

The written scope names the party responsible for projector documentation, show reports, variance conditions, operation and records applicable to the event.

04

Venue, haze and outdoor review

Fire alarms, ventilation, weather protection, wind, rain, controlled access and potential airspace effects can change or cancel the cue.

05

Rehearsed shutter and emergency control

Operators test cues, emergency stop, shutter timing and interactions with Kabuki or other effects before the show. Unsafe conditions mean no cue.

Frequently asked

Before the
first beam.

Can you project our logo or a countdown?

Yes, after artwork review and programming. An opaque, non-reflective target is generally preferred, and the responsible provider approves the projection geometry and operating boundaries.

Can laser sync with LED and a Kabuki reveal?

Yes. The show can use timecode or an agreed control cue. For a Kabuki moment, the laser shutter and curtain release are rehearsed as one sequence so the falling fabric never enters an active laser path.

Does haze make the beams visible?

Atmospheric haze can make aerial beams more visible, but it requires written venue approval and coordination with fire alarms, ventilation and life-safety teams. Graphic projection can be planned without haze, with a different visual result.

Can the show operate outdoors?

Potentially. The responsible provider reviews weather protection, secure positioning, projection termination, airspace and any FAA process that applies. Heavy rain or unsafe conditions can cancel the cue.

Is the reference projector automatically approved?

No. A model reference does not establish approval for a new show. The responsible provider verifies the actual projector, certification records, show documentation, variance conditions and event-specific plan.
