AV support for Coral Gables meetings and events
If your Coral Gables event brings together speakers, an audience and remote participants, each group needs a clear way to see and hear the others. We help plan those connections before choosing the equipment.

Start with the conversation.
A panel discussion, a training session and an executive presentation do not need the same setup. We review microphone use, questions from the audience, presentation sources and camera positions. LED, playback, audio, lighting and technical operators can be supplied as individual services or a coordinated package.

What to send us
Details to plan together
Send the agenda, speaker count and seating plan. For remote participation, include the platform, the venue’s internet contact and any recording requirements. Testing needs to include the actual remote connection and microphones, not just a slide on a screen.

Questions · Coral Gables
Before we quote
Does a hybrid event include internet service?
Internet service and network access must be agreed separately with the venue or the responsible provider. We can specify what the video workflow needs and test the connection, but we do not assume that the room’s guest Wi-Fi will support the event.
Can you handle more than the LED screen?
Yes. We can supply individual systems or coordinate an integrated technical package with video, audio, lighting, staging, power, cameras and crew. The proposal identifies what is included, who operates each system and any venue approvals or specialist resources required.
When is the equipment reserved?
An inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve equipment. We check the dates, configuration and delivery plan, then confirm the booking terms in the proposal.
