Local AV equipment and technical crew for Latin American productions in Miami
Plan your Florida production with GLMedia: LED, video, cameras, rigging and technical support prepared locally in Miramar.
Prepare equipment locally before your team arrives
You can hire LED screens, video processing, cameras, structures and technical support in Florida. Share the equipment your team plans to bring, the connections it uses and the systems you need locally. We review compatibility and the preparation schedule before dispatch.
Your production company keeps the client relationship
Your team retains creative direction and the relationship with the end client. GLMedia can supply equipment, install it, operate it or work under your brand. We agree who contacts the venue, who approves changes and which crew handles each part of the setup.
Documents, delivery and crew schedules
Send dates, the venue address, your main requirements and any floor plans or technical riders. W-9, COI and project documents are prepared according to client and venue requirements. The proposal identifies availability, transport, crew hours and any services supplied by other contractors.
Coordinate before travelling
Share your arrival dates, rehearsal schedule and the contact who can make technical decisions. Confirm working languages and any translation needs in advance. A website translation does not guarantee that every crew member speaks that language.

Practical questions before you book
Can you work under my production company's name?
White-label work can be arranged before the project. Agree on the client contact, crew identification, delivery paperwork and who approves changes. Your production team can retain the client relationship while GLMedia supplies the contracted equipment or technical services. We need a clear on-site contact even when the end client communicates only with your company.
Can I request a Portuguese-speaking technician?
You can request Portuguese-speaking support for planning, rehearsals or show operation. Tell us which roles need it and for how long: assisting a presenter during rehearsal is different from operating a system throughout the event. We confirm the language skills and availability of the assigned crew for your dates and agree who will coordinate communication between teams.
Does the equipment rental include delivery and pickup?
Only when the proposal says so. Tell us the delivery address, room, access times and return schedule. Transport depends on the equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Send the loading instructions with your request so we can price the actual route and number of trips.
Who arranges badges and access for the technical crew?
The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.
