LED and videoconferencing for a virtual ceremony in Olivos
July 9, 2020 · Quinta de Olivos · Vicente López · Argentina
Eventos Globales integrated a 20 × 2 m LED display with remote participation through Webex for Argentina’s 2020 Independence Day ceremony at Quinta de Olivos. Governors connected from their respective locations and appeared in individual windows across the display.

Eventos Globales’ contribution
- A 20 × 2 m LED display using company-owned equipment.
- Videoconference computers and Webex connections.
- Taurus-based video control and routing with four HDMI inputs.
- Basic audio, microphones, and lighting.
Remote participants within the ceremony space
The panoramic display brought together the windows of participants connected through Webex. Video control and HDMI inputs integrated the sources with the LED system. Photos from July 8 show display and computer preparation; the July 9 image records the ceremony with remote participants on screen.
Plan remote participation for your event
We start with how many people will speak, where they will connect from, and what each person needs to see and hear. With your production team, we define window layouts, content, and program timing. Before the event, we coordinate connection tests, incoming and return audio, and display checks. You can start with the event idea while the run of show or platform is still being developed.

Guides and projects to help develop your event
Bring remote participation into your stage setup
Tell us the dates, venue, and how you picture the contribution of people joining remotely. GLMedia can help define the display, video equipment, and technical support for your next event. We can start with a sketch and work through signals, audio, and testing together.
