Variant and route
U-TAP SDI captures HD 3G-SDI up to 1080p60 to USB with an SDI loop. Video uses UVC, audio UAC, with USB power. It is not UHD or the HDMI model.
Identify source, cable, computer and app. Record actual progressive/interlaced/PsF format; the manual conditions PsF on version and compatible cameras rather than connector name.
Case 29: SDI into the call
Identify ports and test the source on a known receiver. Select the intended camera and audio device in the app, checking names with multiple interfaces. Loop picture does not validate USB.
Rehearse speech, clips and cuts with an external guest. Document separately supplied audio rather than assuming it follows picture. Save a reference take and assign meeting monitoring.
Case 30: only video or audio is missing
For speech without picture, separate USB detection, SDI format and camera selection. For picture without speech, check embedded audio and app audio device. A meter upstream does not verify meeting audio.
Compare local capture then show software, closing the other app. Record permissions, selected source, OS/version and each result. Test data cable/port under actual load; avoid speculative driver or firmware changes during the event.

Is audio always selected with video?
Check both app selections and listen from an external participant. Record device names and routing.
Does loop picture confirm the meeting?
It does not replace USB, app and external speech/video reception tests.
What if one camera works and another does not?
Record both actual formats, version, cable/port and app request; compare one variable at a time.
Can we complete an existing call system?
Yes. Identify supplied computer, app, audio and program. Define missing connection, preparation and tests.
