Model and connections
L1 Pro8 includes two microphone/instrument combo inputs and a third channel for line sources or Bluetooth. Identify inputs, levels, mute and presets before adding sources.

Share approximate voice count, playback, recording, distances and program changes. Start before final models are known and define mixing, cabling and operation afterward.

Questions and decisions
How do I prepare a presenter with background music?
Test speech alone on a compatible input, then playback through channel three. Balance for intelligible words without relying on more volume; check transitions and device notifications. Listen across audience areas and keep local controls accessible. If speech and music need different distribution or balance, assess a mixer and separate positions.
Can every panel microphone connect directly?
Do not count every connector as an independent microphone channel. List simultaneous sources and compare them with the two combo inputs and playback channel. If capacity or multi-presenter control is insufficient, propose a mixer and operator with a compatible line output. ToneMatch is not a generic input for any device.
