DS-PROSTAGE MKII: deck, legs and complete proposal
Identify the deck reference and every accessory before quoting a stage or interpreting a catalog load.
Identity and package
This guide selects DS-PROSTAGE 100x100 MKII, code 1711000064, in manual edition 17.1. Searching “DS-PROSTAGE 750” alone does not identify that reference. DURASTAGE 750 is another catalog designation and is not automatically substituted.
Choose the event system
For a presentation, define area, finished height, people and scenery. Itemize decks, legs, connections, access and protection; one deck is not a complete stage.
When a quotation lists a load per area, request documentation and conditions for the actual reference. Point-load locations, height, supports, connections and base require assembly review. Do not multiply a catalog rating to authorize the show.
Preparation and receiving
- Photograph codes and check parts against the supply layout.
- The manual distinguishes fixed square legs and FLEXLEG, levelers, deck connections and leg clamps: request references by function.
- Include stairs and their handrails, edge protection and circulation in the overall footprint.
Questions and solutions
Will any leg fitting the corner work?
No. Confirm reference, retention, height and documented configuration; apparent fit does not establish compatibility.
Does a leveler replace a connection?
Do not assume so. The manual identifies separate leveling and connecting accessories; verify the full parts list.
Does the deck rating approve the stage?
No. The installed system and intended use need review, including supports and actual load distribution.
What if a clamp is missing?
Hold the affected area and request the correct part and supplier review. Skirting does not retain platforms.
What starts a proposal?
Date, venue, activity, approximate area and height. We can compare rental or purchase and installation, subject to layout, scope and availability.
