Ask about rental or technical support

Start with date, venue and approximate needs. We assess options, configuration and operation; availability and terms are confirmed in the proposal.

Model and connections

Separate mic/line inputs, compatible instrument source, Bluetooth playback, mixing and output. The app provides control; the local panel lets you verify settings without relying on a phone.

Prepare and check

Prepare speech priorities, pauses and playback. Record settings and the operator; describe sources, zones and program even before each microphone model is chosen.

Questions and decisions

How do I prepare a speech system with onboard mixing?

Assign each source according to the manual and test it alone at moderate level. Check input signal, channel level and master before adding EQ, effects or dynamics. Then test speech over music from the audience. If the required mixes or control are unavailable, add a mixer or change distribution; a preset does not replace that decision.

Why does music drop when a microphone or instrument starts?

Check DUCKER on the selected inputs: signal detection can reduce other sources. Test one input and see whether its activity matches the reduction; disable that function if unwanted and repeat the transition. If unrelated, compare source and channel levels, mute and dynamics. Do not automatically blame Bluetooth or a fault.
