StageDex BasicLine: conference and mixed-platform planning
Select the indoor finish and exact reference, then compare complete systems before mixing deck lines.
Identity and package
This guide selects BasicLine Black Coated 2 × 1 m, SM-DL-B-200100 / 115100033: black-finished plywood for indoor use. It is distinct from BasicLine acrylate and TopLine.
Choose the event system
For a conference, sketch tables, occupied chairs, lectern, access and circulation. Compare keeping one platform throughout the program with a layout that avoids panel changeovers. Budget finish and logistics alongside floor area.
For existing decks from another line, send references and connections. Matching dimensions do not authorize mixing. Keep packages separate until the configuration receives written confirmation; a uniform system is an alternative quotation.
Preparation and receiving
- Identify each deck and required finished height.
- Competent personnel and approved accessories are required for assembly.
- Request legs, connections, access, protection, layout and base conditions from the supplier.
Questions and solutions
Does black mean suitable outdoors?
This reference is offered for indoor use. If the environment changes, review another specifically documented option.
Can carpet or dance flooring cover it?
First define activity, material and attachment. Include transitions and removal in the proposal; covering compatibility is not assumed.
Are two 2 × 1 m decks interchangeable?
Size alone does not establish that. Confirm profile, generation, connections, supports and finish with suppliers.
What if the delivered finish differs?
Record the reference and hold the substitution for review. Similar appearance does not resolve a contractual difference.
Should we rent or buy?
Compare frequency, storage, transport and staffing. Send date, venue and approximate use to develop both options without a finished plan.
