How should I place it in a rectangular room?
Map zones, distances, stage, obstructions and listening positions. Compare speech at front, center and back using documented orientation and exact support. If one area is missed while another is excessive, review placement or fills. Do not rotate or stack by analogy with another NXL; nominal coverage does not guarantee the room result.
What should I check when adding a subwoofer?
Identify both models and whether the sub output is pass-through or filtered. Record NXL preset, both filters, levels, polarity and applied delay. Test reference speech and music; if energy is missing or excessive around crossover, review routing and filtering before raising level. Use exact-pair documentation and verify alignment on site.
