Rent or buy wireless microphones
Compare the complete system and operating work, not just a receiver price.
Ask about rental, purchase or integration
Tell us the use, date and venue, even with an approximate brief. We can assess equipment, integration, preparation and technical support. Configuration, availability and terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Usable capacity and full cost
Start with simultaneous voices, microphone format, movement, destinations and usage calendar. A multichannel receiver does not necessarily include transmitters, capsules, antennas, chargers or licenses. Use the same component list for equivalent comparisons.
For purchase, include accessories, transport/storage, consumables or batteries, maintenance, RF coordination, setup and spares. For rental, check prepared scope, duration, logistics, support and terms. There is no universal event-count break-even: compare actual proposals and available operating resources.
When to assess each option
Rental may suit a one-off date, channel peaks or another region. Purchase may fit recurring use with staffing, storage and maintenance planned. A combination can provide an owned core and occasional expansion if bands, families and operation fit.
Before moving cities or countries, review band and operating conditions. For existing transmitters, record exact model and firmware; a shared brand does not prove compatibility. Check software and active licenses per unit.
Prepare a useful inquiry
- Send date, venue and approximate simultaneous speakers; start without a brand or floor plan.
- Compare hands-free, handheld, tabletop and wired fixed positions by workflow; separate appearance from operational needs.
- Request written scope: components, RF/audio preparation, tests, operator, backup and logistics. Confirm venue responsibilities.
- Before deciding, check a representative configuration and who handles show changes. A simpler system may be preferable when it meets the need without unassigned work.
More setup questions
Does buying eliminate technical cost?
No. Charging, coordination, testing, maintenance and operation remain necessary. Identify who does them and with what resources.
Can we rent only missing components?
Assess that after identifying inventory, bands, firmware and connections. Do not confirm expansion by adding nominal channel counts from different boxes.
