GLMedia’s scope
- Six LED screens totaling approximately 753 sq ft (70 m²).
- LED supply, installation and system testing.
- Technical support for the LED system during the event.
How the system was arranged
The footage shows installation, testing and screens displaying the event identity. The main screen carries the stage image, while supporting displays bring content to other points in the hall. This layout provides a useful reference for planning a multi-screen exhibition setup.
Plan a setup for your event
For your convention, we review the stage location, attendee circulation and what each screen needs to show. We then compare a main-screen approach with multiple display surfaces and plan signals, content and testing time. You can start with a preliminary floor plan or photos of the space.
