The video follows the installation from cabinet assembly to the completed displays. It shows tall vertical LED surfaces used for exhibitor and brand content inside the convention venue.
Planning LED for a trade show
Screen location and purpose
We start with what you want each screen to do: attract attention from the aisle, show a product, or present detailed information. That helps us work through its position within the booth. If you have a floor plan, we use it as a starting point; if not, we can work from a sketch or a description of the space.
Content format
A horizontal presentation will not fill a tall LED totem without cropping or leaving unused space. Before the files are exported, we review each screen’s pixel dimensions and the placement of logos and text with your team so the content can be prepared for that format.
Setup and access
Share any screen positions you have planned. If the layout is still open, we can help you define it. We then review cable routes, power, and installation access with the exhibitor and venue before the build.

Tell us your event dates and venue. If you have booth dimensions and a screen layout, describe them in your message. If those details are still open, describe what you want to show and where the audience will view it from. You do not need to know equipment models to get started.
You can rent equipment on its own or add preparation, delivery, installation, connection, testing, operation, and removal to suit your booth. We prepare the proposal around the equipment and services you choose and coordinate the setup with the exhibitor, organizer, venue, and other providers involved.
