MDG ATMOSPHERE APS: prepare the complete system

Proposed test, scope and alternatives
This proposal concerns standard ATMOSPHERE APS, not H.O./Touring or ATMe. MDG specifies MDG Neutral, propellant gas and remote control; DMX requires an accessory. Confirm the offered package.
The manual limits the standard model to 20 psi, unlike other variants. Shutdown requires stopping emission and completing purge before power removal. Maintain appropriate supplies throughout; a general power cut is not normal shutdown.
- Before booking, record model/label, voltage, fluid, permitted gas, cylinder, regulator, connections, control and applicable manual. Competent personnel must verify the gas system; do not improvise adapters.
- Agree on venue permission, ventilation, occupancy and detection responsibility. Fine haze does not establish exposure safety; do not disable alarms.
- Prepare model-specific startup/shutdown sheet with limits and responsibilities. This page supports the inquiry rather than replacing pressure-system review.
- Test readiness, emission command, effect and shutdown. Record conditions and observed consumption; catalog figures do not guarantee runtime.
- For abnormal odor, liquid discharge or errors, stop use under the system procedure and refer to service. Do not raise pressure to compensate or open a pressurized reservoir.

Can I use another MDG model’s limit?
No. Verify variant/manual; standard APS and H.O./Touring can have different limits.
Can power be cut at the cue end?
Shutdown requires documented purge. Agree on power and responsibility until completion.
Are gas, regulator and DMX automatically included?
Do not assume so. Specify compatible components and intended supply in scope.
What can you assess commercially?
Complete system, consumables, control, rehearsal/operator or alternatives. Send date, venue, duration and effect; permission, compatibility, availability and scope need confirmation.
