Prolyte H30V: identify CCS6 and define the structure
Start a lighting or graphics inquiry with approximate dimensions, separating sections, connections and the complete design.
Identification and application
H30V is Prolyte’s square truss series with CCS6 connections. H30V-L100 identifies a 1 m straight section, not an allowable span or a complete tower. Verto requires different identification and instructions.

Prepare the information
- Describe the intended result, location, date and tentative geometry; distinguish lighting, graphics and other elements.
- Collect section and corner labels, connector references and inspection records. Mark supports, positions and known or missing weights.
- Before assembly, the responsible person must resolve documentation, connections, suspension or bases and the load case. A parts list does not replace that review.
Questions and alternatives
Can I inquire before I have a drawing?
Yes. A sketch with approximate width and height, lighting positions and graphic size is enough to discuss alternatives. We can compare locations or layouts and quote supply and assistance to be agreed. Final dimensions and loads must be completed before installation.
Does L100 define the span the structure can bridge?
No: it identifies section length. Span depends on the supports of the assembly; corners, orientation and loads also matter. Structure length is not selected by multiplying module capacities.
Does CCS6 mean any part that fits is acceptable?
No. Identify manufacturer, series and references for the entire connection, including pins and clips. A corner or half connector needs its documented reference. Similarity or physical fit does not authorize mixing parts or turn CCS6 into Verto.
Does the table approve a goalpost or outdoor graphics?
The published table defines a static single-span case supported at both ends. Corners, bases, cantilevers or exposed surfaces require a separate assessment; maximum values from different rows or cases are not additive. Applicable rules in the country of use also need review.
What if the connection will not align or a part is damaged?
Keep affected parts unloaded and out of service. Record labels, location and visible condition without forcing the joint or modifying holes. Competent inspection must determine identification, authorized repair or rejection before reuse.
What can the proposal include?
Identified sections and connections, documented accessories and installation, removal or assistance scopes to confirm. If you own equipment, we can compare supplementing it with complete supply; inspection, references, design documents and availability still need confirmation.
