Prolyte H40R: prepare loads, orientation and components

Compare a rectangular lighting truss line without transferring its chart to another orientation or connection.

Identification and application

This guide selects conventional H40R-L100, a 1 m section with CCS6 connection. Verto H40R and H40R-RMB have separate identities; the H40R name alone does not make them substitutes. Document reference: H40 Part 2, DN00168 Issue 1, July 2023, together with Part 1.

If the aim is lighting support or a clear awards backdrop, describe the result and approximate positions. We can compare the rectangular arrangement with another layout or identified system, considering transportation, space and installation assistance.

Prepare the proposal

  1. Mark the bottom face, equipment orientation and cable and accessory attachments on the sketch. Number positions to link them to weights and references.
  2. List actual sections, corners, junction boxes, adapters and supports. Separate identified parts from proposed substitutions and missing documents; a plan view does not show the entire configuration.
  3. Request comparison of orientation, span and loads with the exact documented case. The published chart is limited to static simple-span loading; complete design and venue conditions are reviewed separately.

Questions and alternatives

Does the mounting face allow any central load?

No. Provide the accessory reference, attachment and position of each load for review. A commercial profile description does not replace assessment of the actual equipment and interface.

Can we rotate the rectangle for more headroom?

Record the rotation as a design change. Capacities are not transferred between axes, and keeping the same sections does not retain the chart. We can study another geometry or position before quoting an executable arrangement.

Can H40R-RMB or Verto complete a conventional line?

Identify the specific component and documented configuration. Keep labels and manuals distinct; an apparently matching joint does not resolve the combination. The proposal can retain a complete alternative or a connection pending validation.

What if a clamp marks the tube or does not seat?

Do not compensate by tightening further. Isolate the affected assembly for accessory, fit and damage review under manufacturer instructions. Send references and safely taken photos to guide the inquiry; they do not replace inspection.
