Prolyte Verto H30V: system receipt and connection identity
Identify Verto before preparing an installation that can be confused with conventional H30V.
Identification and application
The selected variant is the 1 m VER-H30V-L100. It uses the rotating Verto connection, distinct from conventional CCS6. Verto 30–40 Part 2, DN00169 Issue 1, July 2023, and the US & Canada brochure were reviewed; regional documents must match the project.
The system can be compared for a production planning its assembly time. Describe access, schedule, approximate connection count and intended equipment for a quote. A connection feature is not converted into guaranteed staffing or schedule savings.
Prepare the proposal
- Separate Verto modules and accessories from conventional H30V on receipt. Record codes, individual identification, connectors and manufacturer-specified retainers; link each finding to its piece.
- Keep the delivery list and inspection record and report impacts, distortion or missing items before accepting the assembly for use. Overview and marking photos aid an inquiry but do not certify condition or closure.
- Before installation, the responsible team checks the configuration, documents and applicable procedure. A system change also requires review of corners, adapters and accessories, not just straight sections.
Questions and alternatives
Can conventional H30V complete Verto because the size looks similar?
Not through appearance or the H30V name. Provide both assemblies’ references to assess a documented solution. We can study complete Verto supply or a conventional alternative without improvising the connection.
What if the connector will not rotate or match the manual’s final position?
Stop preparation and keep the piece unloaded for competent review. Record position, code and finding; do not force or modify the mechanism to close it. Resolve the component and procedure before use.
Does the US & Canada brochure approve our installation?
No. It helps select regional documentation but does not replace the load case, supports or venue requirements. Confirm that units, chart criteria and configuration match the actual proposal.
Can we request sections only if we already have connectors?
Start with the available inventory. Accessory identity, condition and correspondence must be documented; the quote can separate supply and assistance without accepting existing components automatically.
