Draping and equipment within the ballroom
The draping forms part of the black backdrop visible behind the presentation area. The other part of the work was the supply of 80 simultaneous interpretation units.
Plan the room and listening by language
For draping, we review heights, lengths, the backgrounds you want to cover, and the access routes that need to remain available. For interpretation equipment, we start with languages, the number of listeners for each language, and program duration. With the interpreters and audio team, we coordinate connections and a test before the event. Ask about either service or both while completing the floor plan and agenda.
