What room-specific loads does the earlier manual describe?
The Curio-branded vendor manual provides no date or edition. Its applicability to the renovated hotel must be confirmed in writing. The figures below describe that document; they are not currently authorized design or installation loads.

Hilton’s current information describes rigging capabilities for Atlantic Ballroom, while the Curio manual limits Atlantic and Regency to sky hooks with no flown truss. Marketing language does not resolve that difference: request the current technical drawing and confirmation of the specific suspension system before choosing supports.
What plan do I need before sizing the installation?
Request a current plan for the room and its subdivision, with point IDs, allowable loads and combined-loading restrictions. A marketing description of rigging does not establish that both room groups support the same setup.
Who may supply, install and operate the equipment?
Confirm in writing what GLMedia may supply and what must be contracted through the venue provider: equipment, ground-supported structures, rigging, power, setup and operation. Include breakout rooms; acceptance for a general session does not automatically cover concurrent rooms.
How should I submit a change in weight, position or timing?
Submit a versioned proposal. Request a response identifying the accepted plan, assigned tasks, charges and outstanding conditions. If weight, position or timing changes, obtain a response to that revision before carrying out the change.
Which approvals need separate confirmation?
Separate the hotel contract, technical approval, organizer instructions and public permits. For effects, structures or special uses, identify with the hotel which City of Hollywood review applies. This page does not confirm a municipal procedure, deadline or fee.
What drawing format and deadlines does the earlier manual specify?
Page 10 of the Curio manual calls for a scaled .dwg or .vwx rigging plot listing suspended equipment and point weights 21 days before load-in. It also allows for additional fees if the plot is not received 14 days before load-in. These are terms in a document whose edition is unconfirmed: request the current deadline and itemized charges from the hotel and assigned provider before committing to the schedule.

Request written confirmation of its edition and scope for the booked room, along with any applicable amendments. Keep both versions and record who confirmed each condition. Until you have that response, mark dependent quote items as awaiting definition; do not turn a historical load rating into current approval.
