Event AV in Brickell and Downtown Miami
For a meeting or a launch in Brickell or Downtown Miami, the technical plan starts before equipment reaches the loading area. We review the room, the delivery route and the program together.

The delivery route matters too.
The right screen still needs to fit through the building and into its final position. If the room uses a freight elevator, send its usable dimensions and load limits supplied by the venue. We plan LED, sound, lighting and a control position around the approved room layout, not around a generic package drawing.

What to send us
Details to plan together
Share the address and exact room name, not just the hotel name. Add delivery and collection windows, the venue contact and any paperwork required for outside suppliers. For a presentation, tell us whether the audience needs to see slides, live cameras, remote speakers or several sources at once.

Questions · Brickell & Downtown Miami
Before we quote
Can you add equipment to the hotel’s existing AV system?
We can review that option with the venue’s technical contact. Connections, signal formats, audio handoffs and responsibilities need to be confirmed before we promise integration. A separate system may be more appropriate in some rooms.
Can you handle more than the LED screen?
Yes. We can supply individual systems or coordinate an integrated technical package with video, audio, lighting, staging, power, cameras and crew. The proposal identifies what is included, who operates each system and any venue approvals or specialist resources required.
When is the equipment reserved?
An inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve equipment. We check the dates, configuration and delivery plan, then confirm the booking terms in the proposal.
