Nine surfaces
Eight faceted LED displays and one central curved LED wall.
Pluspetrol booth · AOG 2025 · Buenos Aires
A 6.5 × 5 m curved LED wall and eight faceted displays formed the Pluspetrol booth’s video system at AOG 2025. GLMedia and Eventos Globales delivered the joint technical implementation, with playback, lighting, electrical distribution, televisions and reference audio.
The technical need
The booth needed content on a large curved wall and eight separate faceted displays. Each surface required a defined playback output, while the control system had to manage the content as one setup.
The system used media servers and a dedicated player for each screen, organized through a unified 3,200 × 1,280 px control canvas. That canvas describes the content-control workspace; the display area across the nine LED surfaces totaled approximately 662 sq ft (61.5 m²).
This booth was part of the joint GLMedia and Eventos Globales implementation at Argentina Oil & Gas Expo 2025, held at La Rural in Buenos Aires from September 8 to 11, 2025. Read the AOG 2025 project overview →
The 3,200 × 1,280 pixels describe the content-control workspace, not the sum of the physical resolutions of the nine displays.

For a booth with screens of different shapes, we can distribute a shared presentation or assign a separate piece of content to each surface. We start with the visitor experience: what catches attention from the aisle, what people see as they approach, and where a demonstration would work best. This helps define each screen’s role and how its content relates to the other displays.
If you already have videos, animations, or graphics, we review them with your content team to prepare the playback formats. We plan the output assignments and file sequence, then assess which screens need coordinated playback and which can run independently. We test framing, text readability, and how the image appears on curved or faceted surfaces.
A booth plan helps us position screens, control equipment, and cable routes. We can also start with a sketch or reference photo and develop the layout with your team. We coordinate supports, electrical connections, and setup and testing times with the exhibit builder and venue, keeping room for visitor circulation and technical access.

For exhibit builders, agencies and production teams
Tell us what you want to present and how you picture visitors moving through the space. An idea, an image, or the content you already have is enough to start discussing sizes, placement, and playback. If you know the city and dates, include them so we can begin preparing a proposal.
You can rent the screens and playback equipment, or add preparation, delivery, installation, connection, testing, operation, and removal. We help you choose the combination that supports your content team and exhibit builder.
