PROJECT CASE STUDY · BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA

AOG 2025.Twelve booths. A large-scale technical collaboration.

A joint project by GLMedia + Eventos Globales

GLMedia and Eventos Globales worked together on the technical implementation of 12 booths at Argentina Oil & Gas Expo 2025. The project brought together 40 LED surfaces and 415 m² of image area, with flat, curved and custom formats, synchronized playback and audiovisual services adapted to each space.

Within one exhibition, each booth called for a different way to communicate: a frontage visible from the aisles, a curved display integrated into the design, multiple surfaces with coordinated content or an interview space. The work was not about repeating the same screen twelve times, but adapting the technology to the design and use of each space.

GLMedia and Eventos Globales worked jointly on implementing these systems. LED was a central component, accompanied by processing, media servers, dedicated players and video control. At the booths that required it, the scope also included lighting, reference audio, power distribution, TVs and touch displays.

The videos show the result in operation: displays integrated into booth forms, content appearing across different frontages and audiovisual systems alongside visitor movement and exhibition activity. This is a technical collaboration case in Argentina, carried out during the 2025 edition of AOG.

Visual content summary

The reel visits booths with flat, curved, flexible and custom displays. It presents the project totals and combines footage of the spaces with titles about playback, video control and technical services. It is a visual overview of the implementation; the entries below show each booth separately.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND THE IMAGE

More than one display per booth.

01

Flat, curved and flexible LED

Surfaces of different proportions and geometries, integrated into each exhibitor’s space. Walls, ribbons, totems and custom formats within a multi-booth implementation.

02

Playback and video control

Media servers and dedicated players to distribute and play content across the intended surfaces. The overall scope documents synchronized playback and video control; it does not imply that all booths shared a single program.

03

Audio, lighting and power

Lighting, reference audio and power distribution at selected booths. These systems support communication and operation within the space; equipment and configurations vary by case.

04

Monitors and touch displays

TVs, monitors and touch displays complete selected spaces, adding information points, complementary content and interaction alongside the LED surfaces.

Questions about this project.

Where and when did AOG 2025 take place?

Argentina Oil & Gas Expo 2025 took place September 8–11, 2025, at La Rural in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Those are the event dates; this case’s overview video was published in September 2026.
