Trade show booth · La Rural · Buenos Aires
Four custom LED surfaces and supporting AV for the AXION / Pan American Energy booth at La Rural in Buenos Aires. Part of the joint technical work by GLMedia and Eventos Globales at AOG, September 8–11, 2025.
The booth configuration
The booth combined two flat LED surfaces measuring 7 × 2.5 m each and two flexible curved surfaces measuring 13 × 4 m each. All four used P2.6 LED, with approximately 1,496 sq ft (139 m²) of image area in total.
To prepare content for differently shaped screens, we review the dimensions and aspect ratio of each surface. We can then position text, logos and graphics with the curves and audience viewing angles in mind.
The AV package also included four touch displays, one standard 65-inch television, lighting, electrical distribution and reference audio. These systems supported the booth alongside its large-format LED surfaces.

You can start with an idea of the visitor experience: what you want people to see from the aisle, where a presentation will take place and where they can explore content on a touch display. We use that information to help you choose a mix of screens and position them with your booth design team.
We review the plan for curves, playback equipment space and maintenance access. We coordinate supports, power, cable routes and setup and testing times with the exhibit builder and venue. We also consider where visitors will stop, so the display arrangement works with the flow of people through the booth.
For playback, we define what content goes to each surface and whether the screens will show separate images or a coordinated composition. We review file proportions and text and graphic placement with your creative team. A presentation or visual reference lets us start planning before the final content is ready.

Planning several display surfaces
You can share an idea, a sketch or a reference from another installation. Include the date, city, dimensions or booth plan if you have them. We can help you define the screens and playback while the design is still taking shape.
You can rent equipment only or add preparation, delivery, installation, connection, testing, operation and removal. We coordinate the AV installation with your production team, exhibit builder and venue to integrate it into the space and the show schedule.
