Building or updating a studio?

Start with the sources and where each signal needs to go: cameras and playback on the input side; program, recording, streaming and monitor feeds on the output side. This helps define the connections and routing before selecting additional equipment.

If the studio is already operating, include the equipment list and the times available for installation and testing. You can ask for a specific part of the system or a broader integration proposal. The quote should identify the work, equipment and responsibilities of each team.

Send the studio location, a plan or room dimensions, the number of cameras and the content you want to produce. Tell us what is already installed, what needs to change and your target date. If you do not have a technical diagram, photos and a description are enough to start the conversation.
