GLMedia broadcast studio and live production environment

Turnkey studio sales & temporary rentals · South Florida

Build the studio.
Turn it on and work.

Permanent broadcast studios sold and integrated for the client's facility—or temporary rental packages for control rooms, multi-camera production, video podcasts and live streaming.

GLMedia can design, supply, install, configure, commission and train the team, while coordinating construction interfaces with the responsible architect, contractor and licensed trades.

Purchase, rental or phased deployment

Choose the business model before choosing the equipment.

A permanent media facility, a temporary production room and a growing in-house team need different ownership and support plans.

01 · TURNKEY SALE

Permanent studio ready to operate

Design, equipment specification and sale, installation, programming, calibration, commissioning, documentation and operator training. Final acceptance is measured against the workflow and tests agreed in the proposal.

02 · RENTAL

Temporary working studio

A defined package of cameras, switching, recording, streaming, monitoring, audio, lighting or LED installed for a project, campaign, season or transition period and removed after the contracted term.

03 · HYBRID

Permanent core with rental expansion

The client owns the daily-use system and expands temporarily with additional cameras, LED, processing, recording, specialty equipment or technical crew when production demand grows.

Built around the production workflow

A studio is not a room full of equipment.

It is a connected operating system. Camera positions affect lighting. Lighting affects power and heat. The control room affects cable paths, monitoring and operator communication. Streaming, recording and LED each need the correct formats, synchronization and fallback plan.

GLMedia plans those interfaces before equipment is installed, then configures and tests the contracted system as one working environment.

Documented GLMedia LED virtual production studio in Miramar
Documented GLMedia production environment · Miramar, Florida

Relevant operating experience

Designed by people who run live systems.

Our planning is informed by real work with multi-surface LED, cameras, playback, processing, lighting and recorded production. That operating perspective helps identify practical issues before launch: framing, latency, monitoring, cueing, access, recovery and who controls each interface.

A practical technical foundation.

Camera systems

Sony FX9 and PXW-Z150 packages, Canon PTZ 500-series workflows and project-specific camera allocation.

Live switching

Blackmagic ATEM Constellation 4K and Television Studio workflows, plus OSEE GoStream Duet 8 ISO for compact systems.

Playback & processing

Disguise, Resolume, vMix, NovaStar and project-specific video processing for LED, records, program and auxiliary destinations.

Communication & monitoring

Hollyland Solidcom intercom, multiview, confidence monitors, camera returns and operator monitoring.

Displays & LED

Large-format Unilumin LED, LED floors, camera-ready display configuration, projection and touch displays when the design requires them.

Exact configuration

Brands, models, quantities, ownership, procurement, substitutions and warranties are confirmed in the written project proposal.

Broadcast studio construction support

One coordinated plan. Defined responsibilities.

GLMedia is the broadcast-technology and AV integration partner—not an automatic substitute for the architect, general contractor, electrician, structural engineer or permitting authority.

GLMedia's contracted technical scope

Broadcast workflow, system design, equipment specification and allocation, installation of contracted AV systems, configuration, calibration, commissioning, documentation, training and ongoing technical support.

Coordinated project disciplines

Architectural layouts, wall and ceiling construction, sound-isolation assemblies, HVAC and thermal loads, electrical service, structural attachment, fire/life-safety requirements, permits, custom scenic fabrication and specialty trades are coordinated with the responsible qualified professionals when the project requires them.

Written before work begins

The proposal identifies deliverables, exclusions, owner-furnished items, trade responsibilities, schedule dependencies, acceptance testing and who approves changes. That clarity protects the client, producer and every technical partner.

From concept to launch

A four-stage integration process.

A simple podcast room and a permanent multi-camera facility do not need the same process. The phases stay consistent; the depth changes with risk and complexity.

Discovery & assessment

Goals, users, room conditions, existing infrastructure, destinations, schedule, budget and future expansion.

Design & coordination

Workflow, floor plan inputs, signal flow, equipment schedule, power, cooling, cabling and construction interfaces.

Installation & integration

Equipment placement, AV cabling, configuration, programming, labeling and coordination with other project trades.

Commissioning & handoff

End-to-end tests, rehearsal, calibration, documentation, operator training, issue list and support plan.

Frequently asked questions

What clients need to clarify before buying or renting a studio.

Can GLMedia sell a permanent studio or rent a temporary one?

Yes. GLMedia can sell and integrate a permanent turnkey broadcast studio at the client's facility, rent a temporary studio package for a defined production period, or design a hybrid system with a client-owned core and rental expansion. The written proposal defines equipment ownership, installation, construction interfaces, warranties, support and acceptance testing.

Can GLMedia design and integrate a control room?

Yes. GLMedia can plan operator positions, rack and display locations, signal paths, monitoring, communications, recording, streaming and equipment access. Power, cooling, structured cabling and construction interfaces are defined early and coordinated with the responsible trades.

Do you integrate multi-camera, podcast and corporate studios?

Yes. The technical design can support multi-camera broadcast, video podcasts, executive communications, training, worship streaming, esports, education and branded-content workflows. The system is sized around the number of cameras, destinations, operators, recording requirements and expected growth.

Do you provide acoustic treatment and soundproofing?

GLMedia includes acoustic and noise-control requirements in the technical plan and can coordinate acoustic treatment or sound-isolation work with qualified specialists. Room construction, architectural acoustics and isolation assemblies are confirmed as separate responsibilities in the written proposal.

Can GLMedia specify, sell and install the equipment?

Yes. For permanent installations, GLMedia can specify and sell the contracted project equipment, then install, configure, calibrate and test the AV systems. Exact brands, models, quantities, substitutions, delivery terms, ownership and warranties are confirmed in the proposal.

Do you train the studio team after installation?

Training, operating documentation, signal-flow references and post-launch technical support can be included in the contracted scope. The handoff is planned so the client's operators understand normal operation, shutdown, recovery and escalation procedures.
