“Jumbotron” commonly refers to a large video screen in a stadium or venue. Your quote specifies the LED manufacturer, model, pixel pitch, brightness and system design.

Questions about sports displays.
Can GLMedia rent a Jumbotron for one event?
Yes. Temporary packages can include LED, processing, playback, signal, power distribution, delivery, assembly, testing, technical support and strike. The final scope depends on the venue and display format.
Can GLMedia sell and install a permanent scoreboard display?
GLMedia can quote display supply, processing, control, commissioning and an installation-coordination scope. Structural, electrical, permitting and licensed work are assigned to qualified parties in the written proposal.
Can a display show scoring, replay and advertising?
Yes, when the required data, replay, camera and media sources are available and compatible. The workflow, switching, graphics and operator responsibility must be defined during design.
Do you work with universities and school gyms?
Yes. We can review temporary rentals, permanent displays or phased upgrades for school gyms and university sports facilities. Tell us which sports or events the display must support, where spectators sit and whether it needs to show scores, live cameras or sponsor content. We then review display size, control, support and installation requirements with the facility. The equipment and installation plan are quoted for that site.
Can the system be outdoors?
Yes, with equipment and structure appropriate for the exposure. Brightness, weather protection, wind, drainage, cooling, access, power and local requirements must be reviewed.
Does the builder provide a final price?
The configurator organizes the information for a quote request; it does not calculate a binding installed price. Send the proposed dimensions and use even if the final layout is not ready. We check pixel pitch, structure, rigging, power, signal sources and content, then add access, installation and operating schedules. The proposal separates the display system from construction or venue services so you can compare the complete cost.

Practical questions before you book
Can an indoor LED panel be used outdoors under a roof?
A roof alone does not establish suitable operating conditions. The exact panel, connectors, exposure to rain or condensation, wind and electrical protection need review. Tell us how long the screen will be outside and send photos of the position. We select a system for the actual exposure rather than treating an indoor package as an outdoor rental.
Does renting an LED screen include filming the event?
No, unless filming is listed in the proposal. A screen can display a presentation without any cameras. If you need live camera images, a recording or a stream, tell us the destinations and deliverables. We define cameras, switching, audio feeds, recording, operators and file delivery separately, so displaying the event and producing a recording are not confused.
Do we need a site visit before confirming the AV setup?
Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.
