Rental · sales · permanent systems
Every seat.One clear view.
Large-format LED video for stadiums, arenas, gymnasiums, athletic fields, sponsor activations and live venues—from a temporary event screen to a permanent center-hung or scoreboard system.
More than a big screen
Display, control
and infrastructure.
A sports display must work for the farthest seat, the camera system, the scoreboard feed, sponsors, operators and the venue team. GLMedia starts with the outcome and builds the equipment and technical scope around it.
The solution can include LED cabinets, video processing, playback, signal transport, power distribution, structure, qualified labor, testing, commissioning and show support. Rental and permanent-installation projects follow different commercial and technical paths.
Choose the viewing experience
Six formats.
Different jobs.
The right format depends on audience geometry, sightlines, viewing distance, content, structural capacity, weather exposure and the way the venue operates.
Center-hung, four-sided
A suspended display visible from multiple seating sections in arenas and gymnasiums. Requires a defined structural, rigging, power and service-access plan.
Scoreboard or end-zone wall
A large permanent or event display for scoring, replay, live cameras, information and sponsor inventory.
Ribbon and perimeter LED
Long horizontal displays for sponsorship, crowd prompts, statistics and venue messaging around seating or field level.
Portable event screen
Temporary ground-supported or flown LED for tournaments, graduations, watch parties, fan zones and overflow viewing.
Double-face hanging display
A compact two-direction solution for score tables, concourses, courts, training centers and smaller gyms.
Custom sponsor display
Curved, corner, tower, booth or scenic LED configurations for activations, esports, brand experiences and hospitality zones.

Built around the show flow
Scoreboard data.
Replay. Cameras. Sponsors.
A large display is only useful when the content reaches it reliably. GLMedia can coordinate processing, playback, camera feeds, graphic sources, scaling, mapping, signal paths and an operator workflow matched to the approved project scope.
The first commercial decision
Rent for the date.
Buy for the facility.
Some projects need a complete temporary package for one event. Others need a durable display, service strategy and operating workflow that the venue can own.
Event deployment
Best for defined dates, temporary layouts, tournaments, special broadcasts, ceremonies and sponsor activations.
- LED, processing and playback package
- Delivery, assembly, testing and strike
- Technical operation or show-day support
- Venue rigging and power interfaces defined in scope
Facility investment
Best for schools, universities, stadiums, gyms, training centers, entertainment venues and institutional facilities.
- Application and viewing-distance review
- Display, processing and control system supply
- Structural, electrical and installation coordination
- Commissioning, training and service plan as quoted
A complete display system
Six technical layers.
One accountable scope.
Each proposal identifies what GLMedia supplies and performs, what the venue provides and where qualified structural, rigging, electrical or permitting partners are required.
LED display
Cabinet family, pixel pitch, brightness, resolution, service access and environmental rating selected for the application.
Processing & control
Mapping, scaling, switching, failover planning and control hardware sized to the pixel canvas and input workflow.
Content & playback
Scoreboard data, graphics, sponsor media, cameras, replay and scheduled content routed into a manageable operator workflow.
Structure & rigging
Ground support or flown interfaces coordinated with approved loads, venue rules and qualified providers.
Power & signal
Distribution, cable paths, network or fiber transport, service points and redundancy reviewed before installation.
Deployment & support
Prep, transport, assembly, testing, commissioning, operator support, maintenance or strike as defined in the quote.
Project builder
Build four faces.
Send one useful brief.
Enter a long side, short side and display height to organize a preliminary four-face canvas. The calculation is for discovery only; model, modules, weight, resolution, rigging and price follow technical review.

What determines the system
The quote starts
before the screen.
Sightlines and viewing distance
Audience position drives screen size, placement, pixel pitch and the amount of information that remains readable.
Structural capacity and access
Center-hung and permanent systems need approved attachment conditions, loads, service access and installation procedures.
Brightness and environment
Indoor, outdoor and covered venues require different brightness, weather protection, cooling and maintenance strategies.
Power, signal and control
Service location, feeder paths, network or fiber distance, control room and source equipment affect the full system.
Content and operations
Scoring, replay, cameras, sponsor media, emergency messages and daily staffing must be planned as an operating workflow.
Permits, engineering and responsibility
The written scope identifies engineering, licensed work, venue approvals, inspection, commissioning and ongoing service responsibilities.
Frequently asked questions
Before the
first whistle.
Can GLMedia rent a Jumbotron for one event?
Yes. Temporary packages can include LED, processing, playback, signal, power distribution, delivery, assembly, testing, technical support and strike. The final scope depends on the venue and display format.
Can GLMedia sell and install a permanent scoreboard display?
GLMedia can quote display supply, processing, control, commissioning and an installation-coordination scope. Structural, electrical, permitting and licensed work are assigned to qualified parties in the written proposal.
Can a display show scoring, replay and advertising?
Yes, when the required data, replay, camera and media sources are available and compatible. The workflow, switching, graphics and operator responsibility must be defined during design.
Do you work with universities and school gyms?
Yes. Gymnasiums, athletic fields, arenas and institutional venues are relevant applications for rentals, permanent systems or phased upgrades.
Can the system be outdoors?
Yes, with equipment and structure appropriate for the exposure. Brightness, weather protection, wind, drainage, cooling, access, power and local requirements must be reviewed.
Does the builder provide a final price?
No. It creates a structured brief. Final pricing follows a technical review of dimensions, pixel pitch, structure, rigging, power, signal, content, logistics, schedule and responsibilities.
Rental or permanent system
Send the venue. Define the view. Build the right display.
The project builder is a planning tool and does not confirm engineering, structural capacity, permits, equipment availability, price or reservation. Manufacturer, model and responsibilities are identified in the written quote.
