Scenario: operator multiview and presenter notes

Do not supply the same feed just for convenience. The presentation generates notes. Multiview combines the views needed for operation and may include information the presenter did not request.

Three documented decisions

Encore3 manual R5917615/01 distinguishes Screen and Auxiliary creation. Every output field needs an assigned connector. The screen resource indicator is per unit: a full meter prevents another Screen destination until resources are freed or edited. Do not apply an E2 capacity table to Encore3.

Proposed setup and test

1. Save ShowFile and record unit, cards and versions. Define source, content, destination and monitor for each feed.
2. In Configuration, select Screen or Auxiliary, name and resolution. Check every connector assignment and resources before creating the destination.
3. For operator MVR, verify the whole layout: a directly assigned MVR output shows the entire layout. Its output connectors must belong to the same unit.
4. Test patterns and real content at every monitor. Rehearse transitions so program, confidence and supervision change only when intended.

Diagnosis

For missing destinations despite free connectors, check resources and assignments. For a grid on confidence, check whether MVR was assigned. For correct content in Toolset but no monitor image, test output, format and final path. Do not remove cards while operating.
