Chase Center: plan AV for a private event
Chase Center offers clubs, arena spaces and Thrive City for private events. Its official page shows practical differences in displays, microphones and connections. Identify the booked space and the purpose of each feed before choosing equipment.
Choose the space before the system
Ultra Club spans two levels; Chase Club is on the event level; United Globe Club can separate a presentation from a reception. Full Arena and Arena Bowl suit larger formats. Thrive City is an outdoor courtyard with different needs from an indoor club.
Use the contracted space name and floor plan as the starting point. If the event combines a club and the arena floor, map the activity in each area.
| Space | Published capacity | AV mentioned |
|---|---|---|
| Ultra Club | 365 upper, 340 lower | Wall displays and microphones available |
| Chase Club | 326 | Wall displays and microphones available |
| United Globe Club | 700 | Wall displays, auxiliary input and optional centerhung display |
| Full Arena | 18,000 | Included AV is not detailed on the page |
| Arena Bowl | Depends on setup | Included AV is not detailed on the page |
| Thrive City | Depends on setup | Customizable outdoor video board and audio connection boxes |
Confirm how each display can be used
United Globe Club offers the option to use the centerhung display; the video board over Chase Center’s west entrance can be customized for a Thrive City event. Confirm scope, file or signal formats, delivery deadlines and operation before producing final media.
Club wall displays may suit a presentation, but the page does not specify resolution, inputs or signal distribution. Request those details for the booked room.
Plan speech, music and recording feeds
Ultra Club and Chase Club list microphones; United Globe Club lists an auxiliary input; Thrive City lists audio connection boxes. Bring a list of speakers, music, playback, listening areas and camera feeds to discuss how the existing system will be used.
The page does not specify connectors or a recording mix. If the event includes streaming or recording, schedule an audio feed test.
Request setup details for the actual space
With the floor plan and equipment list, confirm access, control and camera positions, power, network, and setup and test time. Thrive City is outdoors; ask about the conditions for equipment, cabling and protection in the event area.
For flown structures or substantial loads, request the plans, limits and process for the chosen space. The private-events page does not publish those details.
Bring a brief the venue can answer
Share the date, space, format, program, floor plan, expected audience, content, feeds and equipment, positions and schedule. Identify which venue displays or microphones you want to use and the details needed to design the rest.
Arena Bowl capacity depends on the layout. Do not apply the Full Arena figure to a bowl or club event.
Frequently asked questions
Can United Globe Club use the centerhung display?
The official page presents it as an option. Confirm availability, content format, operation and usage scope for your event before including it in the proposal.
Do Ultra Club conditions apply to Thrive City?
They are different spaces: one is a two-level club and the other an outdoor courtyard. Request AV and setup conditions for the area actually booked.
Does this page give rigging loads for Arena Bowl?
It does not publish rigging points or loads. If the design includes flown equipment, request the bowl’s technical documentation before sizing the installation.
